    ...weighing in at 8lb's 6oz babyboy Gallagher! (born @ 11:30pm last night our first for both of us)

    A bruiser like his da, what a day! two of the most traumatic moments I have ever experienced in my entire life and a moment of the most exceptional joy.

    Traumatic watching my partner in severe pain having to get into position for an epidural, there are a lot things i can take in life right on the chin but watching my missus in excruciating pain floors me every time.

    He was delivered by 'C' section due to complications in labour (high temp/blood pressure for her and erratic contractions over 28hrs) so he's on a antibiotic drip but he should be fine - he will be they chased me outta hospital to give them both rest!

    Seeing the wee man for the first time and holding him..just unbelievable truly a wondrous thing - nothing will top that.

    Just thought I'd share the good news as * knows we need more of it! :shamrock::shamrock::shamrock:
