2 years ago Boruc was very much in the same class as those goalkeepers you've mentioned. Ok so he isn't playing at that level anymore but for a while he was one of the best goalkeepers in the world.

 

every keeper has made mistakes.if you watched all the top keepers in the world every week am sure they would make the odd one.just cos when boruc makes one we all see it

 

I would take the swap deal yeah, but I think Spurs would want Brown rather than Boruc.

Let's face it, in his cameo this year, Keane has shown how good he would be in that league, Celtic should be trying to work out what they could do to get Keane, even if it's one more year on loan, that man is a legend.

If we were to lose Boruc we would need to replace him.

No way you need a quality keeper first. And Gomes is not crap i'd trade Boruc, Brown and Mcgeady(maybe). for Keane and Gomes

Never. Boruc is irreplaceable IMO despite Zaluska being an able deputy. I feel Keane has peaked as a player whereas Boruc can get better.

 

Name one world class keeper that hasn't had a bad run of form in their career and made some mistakes?

If Boruc goes and Keane stays, we will obviously score more goals because we have keane, but we will also be conceding many many more goals which we would never have with the holy goalie in goals.

It's easy to remember the mistakes boruc has made, but try and remember the unbelievable world class saves he has made which have saved us so many times.
