you're never happy, as soon as I see your avatar I just scroll past your posts without reading it because I know it'll all be boringly negative... you're very predictable

CU are saying he wants Thommo as well as Mjalby!

Lennon may just surprise you! Look at Newcastle, the unfancied manager is getting on with the job down there!!!

some of the responses from our own fans is laughable.. not even a couple of hours since the news broke and already hes getting slatted.. unreal..

Im just glad TM has been sacked/quit. its a step forward from yesterday.. so in my eyes its been a good day.

as for lennon, well only time will tell.. you have nothing to base your predictions of lennon on.

I'm not saying that he's our first choice manager because he's unproven. I just hope he's learnt enough from MON and WGS over the last few years and i hope he surprises us all

Hopefully Lennon can bring the fight and passion into the players thats badly needed even do its only till end of season, whats needed now is to get a good run of results beat the huns and win the cup if happens i think the board might consider him a full time manager, but i would like to see maybe lambert lennon partnership hes done wonders with Norwich i know its not top league, and not because hes ex celtic player

Pep Guardiola had never managed anyone, how's that any different?

And what's mark Hughes ever done? He's hardly the most experienced or successful manager ever.

I'm happy enough with Lennon until the end of the season, if he does well then he can be considered but I think the board should work behind the scenes sounding out potential targets. Problem is I think they will go for someone put of work so they don't need to pay a fee, and some of the names being thrown around are scary, Phil Brown?!

HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT HE WONT DO A GOOD JOB? YES WE KNOW HE IS NOT YET EXPERIENCED AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL, BUT ARE YOU GOING TO AT LEAST GIVE HIM A CHANCE? IF HE GOES AND DOES WELL THIS SEASON WILL YOU STILL BE SAYING THE SAME..

I swear if we got alex ferguson as manager people would still moan.
Lennon is a short term fix... But who knows? We can't just dismiss him when he hasn't even had a chance to prove himself.

    people have short memories.

i bet the people moaning about him are the ones crying out for him to be in dug-out with GS last season.

im not supposed to hate my own, but some people and there comments are so wide of the mark on here.

the fans who hated strachan and wanted a celtic minded manger should go to the midlands with mowbray..

I think Lennon should be given a chance. There is not a huge amount of experience in the names of Lambert or Mark Hughes anyway. I like the idea of Lennon, Mjallby and Thomson. They might not have a great deal of management experience but Lenny has got some amount out of the reserves and they all know what it takes to succeed in Scotland and at Celtic.
