First he decimated the confidence of the defence by telling them they were crap and wont be there at the transfer window. Then he breaks the confidence the supporters have in him by shipping out a tonne of players and replaces them with loaners who already say they wont be here past this season. You cannot change a team that quickly and expect it to work. And then this week he messes with the confidence of the goalkeepers.

The man doesnt know what he is doing and I only hope he has the good grace to leave of his own accord and not cost the club payoff money.
