I think You'll Never Walk Alone is over used. I think it should be reserved for Old Firm home matches, European games and when clinching titles, so forth. Anyone thing we sing it too often now? Looks quite embarrasing especially in away games when home fans can easily boo u and drown out the song.

You can't reserve certain songs for certain games, people will sing what they want. YNWA is the best song we sing, especially when we play the orcs. They try to boo it down at the start, but once the WALK ON gets going they give up........fantastic

I think we should only sing when we're winning, sing when we're winning, we should only sing when we're winning.

What a bizarre thread. How can this song be overused- the most rousing song we sing- no matter the game.

    But its a pre-match song, don't u think??

Better once the players come out through the tunnel and see the scarves in the sky

U must not go to the away games. Fans try to sing it during games, so forth. It's a pre-match song

Liverpool fans only sing YNWA now at the beginning and approaching the 90th minute not during games.

    Makes it more special IMO

So because opposing fans try to boo it down we should stop singing it? Thats what you are saying, thats absurd. If opposing teams try and stop us playing, should we?

No no no. Over used!! It is a special song, and should only be used on certain occasions. I'm saying its embarrasing when five fans stick up there fans and try to sing it during a game. It should only be reserved for pre-match and on special occasions

I guess ur talking about home games, then?

YNWA should only be sung with a full house, in old firm games and European ties.

The point I make is that YNWA is a special song, with creates a special atmosphere, and should be reserved in a full house when everyone holds up their scarves and u get goosebumps in ur back.

plus its also embrassing when the song comes on and lazy * just sit down thats why i think we should just play it in cl matches and hun matches...and if fans want to sing it during league games we can sing it ourselfs without the tannoy
