The Association of Irish Celtic Supporters Clubs (AICSC) will be holding it's 12th Annual Charity Dinner in Dublin's Citywest Hotel on Saturday 3rd July and once again it promises to be a great occassion.

This year's dinner will benefit two fantastic charities - "The Simon Community" who work to relieve homelessness in Ireland and "Trocaire" who work to alleviate poverty in Third World Countries.

Celtic first team players will be in attendance on the night aswell as several special guests and speakers.

Music will be provided by Celtic Storm and Na Fianna, finalists in the recent All Ireland Talent Show.

Tickets are priced at €70 (Members) and €80 (Non Members), with child rates also available at €40/€35. Price includes 3 course meal, souvenir programme and a free gift.

Why not make a weekend of it and stay in the 4* hotel - rooms from €88 available at http://www.citywesthotel.ie/

For further information on tickets contact Secretary Michael Kelly on +353 (0)86 380 2738, or via e-mail at michael.kelly@aicsc.com

Its good craic, went to one a few years ago. A few of the Lisbon Lions where their along with O'Dea and Hartley. You spend the night in good company, eat good food and dance to good music. Your probably best off getting a room as it was a nightmare to get a taxi at 4 o'clock in the morning at Citywest.

Hi Wicklowbhoy. The evening starts at about 8pm with an introduction of the first team players attending, followed by the meal. After the meal we present the Player Of The Year & Young Player of the Year awards and there are generally a few short speeches from the guests - past players, Lisbon Lions etc.

The music starts at about 10pm in the main hall - this year's main act is Na Fianna, followed by Celtic Storm in the lobby from until about 3am then it's on to the residents bar.

There is generally a crowd of between 700-1000 there on the night :50:

There may be this year, depending on the level of rooms booked in the hotel on the Friday evening :50: With recession etc the days of the two night stay are gone for a lot of people.
