Scottish Cup Semi-Finals Draw

now now ladies ! im glad we skipped rangers id rather beat them in the final than the semis end the season on a high

I'm happy enough with the draw, I wanted Rangers in the final so doesn't make any difference other than that, it'll probably be Hibs, and we should beat them. Rangers will probably beat Dundee United and then most likely despatch Rovers in the semis, setting up the final we all want.

 

I wouldn't disregard County like that they are going well at the mo in 1st division, and we all know what 1st division teams can do in the cup, Caley against us ring a bell???

I hope County beat Hibs and get to the semis against us, am from Dingwall originally and would be nice to see my local side getting a shot at hampden against the best team in Scotland.

Thats as far as they would be going though

yes as was Willie Haughey, former Celtic board member and well known huge Celtic fan. He was also the guy who saved Jinky from going bankrupt. The draw isnt fixed for * sake

 

Having seen the draw.. I totally agree..

A matchup with Raith in the final will do for me..

 

I think that Dundee United will beat the huns now as there is even more incentive for them knowing there is an easy semi final for them so they have a greater chance of making the final

if its hibs then it will be 20,000 each probs - equal allocation. It may well be an offer but i wouldn't be surprised if it just went on sale to season book holders. Better get a ticket - not missed a scottish cup/ league game home or away this season

 

If we do manage to get to the final I would want Utd rather than the manks or Raith Rovers, mainly not rovers coz it would damage the Scottish co-efficient even more so having them in Europe. Its bad enough that no-one else but celtic and manks get a(dismal) run in Europe don't need more damage to scottish football.

Hibs or Ross County it is then... Looks like it should be an Old Firm final. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing...

Actually think we have got a tough draw here who ever goes through.
Hibs are formidable as we know and have some very good players in Stokes, Millar, Riordan and Nish to name but a few, and Ross County
are Scottish Cup specialists as Rangers found out to their cost many moons ago, and they are also a big physical team, so it won't be easy who ever prevails. In saying all of that I would fancy our chances against anyone at Hampden.

I can't remember that one.. Was it not someone like Berwick who beat them.. I don't think County have ever beat them in a meaningful game..

 

Hibs are the team I would've preferred to avoid. What a struggle that should be, atmosphere and games itself will be good mind you.
