Whether ye like Mowbray or not, hes the manager right now, he hasny been sacked or walked away, so disrespectful and pointless just another attempt to get a dig at Celtic in the week running upto an important Glasgow derby

Despite what I think about our manager, I feel that replacing him in the middle of the season would just make matters worse, however on a side note I think that if we could get Hughes or Slaven Bilic at the end of the season we should make the switch

If we had lost on saturday, or even drawn, the opinions on here regarding this would have been VERY different,.....and you all know it!

Heard this one doing the rounds on the weekend... couldn't possibly be a certain local derby coming up, could there?

TM is the manager UNTIL I see something different on the official Celtic website & will support the team regardless of such speculation. Personally, I happened to like Skippy as a striker & MO'N as a manager, but doesn't mean that I became a Boro or Villa fan, if you get the drift.

    Don't buy the 'meeja's' lie !

I wouldn't even consider CV's to be honest. It's no an office job. I'm more likely to consider the character of the man in charge. Sucessfull management is more about keeping a group of guys motivated and confident. Footballers are a funny bunch, thats what they do, thats what they know. A confident footballer doesnt need much coaching in the technical sense. A CV means * all if your a * guy. Mark hughes is the biggest greetin-faced loser i've ever heard give an interview. Moan, moan, the referee, the linesman, the pitch, the injuries. And anyway, what's Mark hughes done that would stick out on a CV. he's won as many trophies as a manager as John Hughes. he's managed in the premiership ? big wow, so's Tony Mowbray. so's Glenn Hoddle, he's got a better " cv " than John hughes in that sense. why not bring him in ? there's a lot of * managers with better CV's that John Hughes. I wonder what the Celtic board would have though about Jock Steins "CV" ? hadn't won a thing as a manager but they knew he was a great man. that's whats improtant. Great men go onto great things.

John Hughes is a players manager. A BIG man, an infectious personality. I'd say he's very highly thought of and respected in scottish football. He's outspoken yes, but that's cause he's passionate.

I'd say John Hughes' peaks at Falkirk were maybe getting them promoted AND getting to the Scottish Cup final last year. You've maybe overlooked that.

Mark Hughes has a better CV ? that's a nonsense approach to football

Mark Huges also got to spend more on 1 player than we do in a full transfer window..

Im behind Mogga 100% and won't even entertain the talk of a new manager its absolute nonsense despite the results i like the football i see at parkhead and the players we have in our squad enough said.

Are we going to entertain every piece of hack writing??

I'm not even bothered in reading the article or giving an opinion on changing the management team at Celtic.
