    Yes they have been poor.
Fox was a diddy and his replacement Braafheid looks like a diddy too
We should have signed Lee Wallace for LB. It was a no brainer.

N'Guemo flatters to deceive and I have never seen a player who needlessly gives away possession so cheaply in dangerous areas like N'Guemo does.

i agree with Jinky.7 - this season, unless the huns get beat tomorrow, is now a write-off. Not because they huns aren't capable of dropping ten points but it is that we have no chanc e of actually putting a winning run together. I don't think we have won 3 consecutive league matches this season since the first 3 games. Therefore it would be best to allow a new manager the chance to get suited to the team and start fresh next season

i dont know what tm is thinking about with his substitutions in recent games,i honestly beleive his tactical nouse leaves a lot to be desired, that said no matter who you put on when your leading 4-2 there is no excuse for losing a game,is the season over who knows !:shamrock::rolleyes:

How else can he be judged. Its a results business and I do not think I can recall as losing a Celtic side in the last 15 years. Its been unknown since the pre-Burns era to be such a loser. Its unbelivable. This is no normal bad run. The only seasons like it in 30 years of watching are maybe the early 90s.

its things like putting Samaras on and taking Ngeumo and Keane off that really frustrates fans. Not only that but anyone could see Kamara was tiring - yet he remained the only one of the 3 strikers on the pitch. Samaras came on and within 30 seconds was in midfield thus providing no outlet up front to take the pressure off the * defence. He also had to tie his shoelace only 1 min or so after his sub - sums him up he really is clueless and is never prepared or sure of what he should do

The Board appointed the wrong man for the job and we have got our fingers burnt. We paid about £3M+ to get Mowbray/ Grant/ Venus when we would have been better getting Owen Coyle for the same compensation.

Voting now is about 2-1 against Mowbray here and other boards I reckon.
He should do the decent thing and walk.

last seasons team was a lot better than Rangers although they blew it at the end. Rangers are weaker this season so I think even last seasons team would likely have beaten this seasons Rangers side. Mogga has improved the playing squad but he has made them worse at winning WHICH IS ALL THAT MATTERS apart from a month or two running up to Xmas. In the latter period he finally found a good blend but what happends- half the team are sold and we return to being a losing team. As I said, this is no ordinary slump. Last year we blew the league on the last day. This year, with a better squad, we are heading for some sort of record of how many points we end up losing by. This is the worst season in 15 years and must be up there as one of the worst handfull in 30 years.

i read recently that it took Mowbray just 35 games to lose 11 when it took Strachan 85 games to do the same.:31:

Caldwell was POTY before this contact stuff messed his head. His CV stands for itself several title medals, CL experience, captain of club and country. Mick had really lost form but he was similar. The two we had today at CB are a novice and a guy who is not even fit for the Reading bench. There is simply no comparison. They are total nothings. Thompson maybe has a future but O'Dea is one of the very worst players I have seen in the Celtic defense in 30 years. He is probably Scottish 1st division standard at best.

    Not necessarily poor.
But if ur the only team in your league capable of signing better than average players and paying them 2 to 3 times more than the opponents they will face week in week out then surely the manager and fans rightly expect these "better" players to perform to a higher standard than their opponents.
If Chelsea were thrown down into the Championship would everybody be calling the critics 'huns' 'moaners' 'whingers' 'not real fans' etc. if they wasnt getting results?
We are in a financial league of 1. Nobody in Scotland can compete on that front. Which means a) we should have a better standard of player and b) a better standard of management. We have neither atm with a few exceptions on the playing staff.
I do think we have some good players, but i do think we also have a poor manager. Call me a whinger/hun if you like. Thats just personal opinion - and it was the same with his West Brom team - good football, no end product and * poor at the back.
I cant help it if i'm dissapointed. I dont want to be battling for 3rd in the SPL! Besides if there wasnt us 'whingers' these forums would be awfully quiet :icon_mrgreen:

I'm certain that if we stick with Mowbray we'll be setting ourselves up nicely for the next few seasons. Am I willing to bet one for several? I'll take those odds, sure.

Change now means another manager spending the summer changing the shape of the squad and more timewasting rather than getting a settled team and getting on with it. Consistency is the best thing a team can have, and this managerial merry-go-round pish is hurting clubs, so lets not fall into that trap.

Sometimes there's a bigger picture than this season. Grow the * up, and start learning things before calling for a managers head.

Why are people moaning about taking n'guemo off. It was 2-2 at the time. We brought on a more attacking midfielder and went 4-2 up = good substitution.

What difference would n'guemo have made?? Aberdeens goals n pressure was all down to pumping high balls into the box. How would have n'guemo helped there? He's 5 foot tall n hasn't won a header since he's been here.

Honest to * the bipolar behaviour of fans on here is shameful. When we win we're on top of the world when we get beat it's Mowbray must go n that wee stupid head banging image everywhere. It's the behaviour of children n tbh it probably is children, daft wee boys who have no idea what it's like to support Celtic. Grew up on o'neill n to lesser extent strachans success n don't know anything else. Probably have no idea the huns won 9 in a row not that long ago, that we went 6 years without a trophy, had fans boycotting games etc, etc. Stupid wee glory hunting boys with laptops. Time to put a childlock on this site.

    Great post mate!!

We are a couple of players away from being a real quality side for years to come.

Ferguson or Mourinho would have struggled to win many more games with the duds strachan had left us with.
No manager can account for 4 international centre half that can't head the ball or an international striker that couldn't hit a barn door.
