    Here the whole time
was very impressed with him in the corresponding fixture last year, although he only lasted about 1/2 an hour, and felt from then he would be a big player for us.shows composure beyond his years.

    a future captain?

Thought he was outstanding today, anything that came his way he dealt with. Still has alot to learn but he's reaaly coming onto his game. Starting to gel with big man aswell but we do still need a new CB for cover.

Quality CB. Knows whats going on around him and always aware of the danger. Couple of times today Miller was right on his shoulder but Rogne didnt give him a sniff and just cleared the ball. Some CB like Bougherra get too smart and/or cocky and get caught making schoolboy errors.

This Rogne has a wise head on his shoulders. Point in case when the press are asking him about referee bias he says he doesnt wish to talk about that.

    Future captain IMO.

Either that or a £5m sale to the EPL.

Rogne proved yesterday to be a great prospect for the CB. I believe Lenny should hang onto him instead of that Loovens *.

Best centre back we have IMO. Gets a bit caught out on positioning from time to time, and he still has one or two things to polish up in his game, but these things come with time, so considering he's only 19 we can have no worries. Cracking game yesterday, won eveything in the air, didn't give miller a chance. Top player.

Great player, still young, still need a centre back imo, he or dan can easily be injured.

Outstanding today. From the first half an hour I saw of him against Rangers last year I liked the look of him. I think he has the potential to become a very, very dominant centre half. Great game, but for me the game is won and lost in the midfield and we ruled it yesterday, mainly thanks to my MotM - Biram Kayal.

I've been impressed with him since he's come back into the side this season. Shame he's playing with Majstorovic but hopefully we'll replace him soon enough. Yesterday suited both as it was more of a sit in formation which in fact was the best thing about the team.

I think Lenny has told him not to take any chances, he's very much safety 1st ATM - which is a great way to bring a young CB through.

From the BTM season though, I remember him being quite comfortable with the ball.

I think once he's settled a lot more into the side & hopefully has a better partner to compliment & guide him more, he'll start to play it out of defence onthe deck more often.

But ATM I can see why we're telling him to just punt it - if in doubt...punt it out.

    Helps his confidence & development.

i agree with folk saying he is future skipper material. mature, good player, communicates well (loovens take note) and is young enough to be even better.

only thing that annoys me, and no way can it be blamed on him, is the way commentators say his name. It's pronounced Roagne, not ronye. He's Norwegain not French ffs

There is no doubting his ability, but a question mark remains about his fitness, hopefully he can remain injury free and get a good run of games, stability, particularly at the back is something we are crying out for.

I dont get why people dont rate him. I would be intrested to see if you could name 5 better centre halves in the UK that is 20 years old or younger.

There's been plenty of talk about Kayal and izzy and how amazing they are, but virtually none about rogne. For me, he has done an amazing job at the back so far, and to think he is only 20/21, and for a CB that is incredibly young, he has shown the potential to be a real key player over the years at Celtic.

excellent player considering how well our defence has been.
He shows commitment and was in during the summer to try and get match fitness for the start of the season
