I would like to revamp 'fritz a grand ol team' as its a bit old and cheesey, needs some fat beats
What was that song we sang sometimes ... you know the one where we all got our scarves in the air. Something about walking through a storm? Well its that time , the storm is hear and we are walking through it, so what are we going to do.. lay down and surrender? Is that how it goes.. Am I missing something here..

    Next 4 SPL games

    Us:

    Hearts (H)
    Aberdeen (A)
    Dundee Utd (H)
    Huns (A)

    Them:

    Motherwell (A)
    Hibs (H)
    St.Johnstone (A)
    Celtic (H)

If we drop any points in the next 4 games, it's most definitely over, win all 4 (If we deserve to be Champions that's what we'll have to do) and the Huns drop points in one of the other 3 games (Chance of it), then the gap is down to 5 points with 11 games (Including an OF) remaining, which could result in a swing of momentum our way (A comeback has happened the last 2 seasons, so why not a 3rd time running?)

It's not over yet Bhoys. KTF :shamrock:

    I admire your optimism.

But you are correct not over till it's over and all we can do is be hopeful.

optimism never done anyone a bit of harm so until its mathematically impossible i'll get behind the team. In reality though things don't look so great.Im not going to wear green tinted specs and say we'll win it no problem. We need rangers to drop points, we need to beat them twice, we need to tighten up the defence to the point that it's tighter than a mouses *, we need to get the players moving the ball in the direction of that thing with a net on it.

Most of all though we need to get behind the team.We might all be * off but i am sure our enthusiasm or lack of is hardly doing the team any favours.

The only chance we have now of winning the league is by winning our next 4 games including the huns game and overall winning 12-13 of the last 15 games with room for maybe at most 3 draws in there as slips.

Mowbray has sadly shown absolutely no signs at all that he has any clue how to get us playing well and winning games on a consistent basis. I hope I am very wrong but at this point it looks highly unlikely.

If he's up to the task of managing our club he has to.

Don't forget that we've had a SHOCKING amount of decisions go against us and for the Huns, refs cost us about 12 points.

i agree m8, if we drop any more points with the rankers gaining any more than us then its truely over for this season.

I believe we can still do it, what we need now is for the team to play like they believe they can win it.

I would say that our fixtures are against considerably better teams. It doesn't fill me with optimism but nevertheless I will keep the faith!

always said who ever compiles this wee red book, likes to see one team only have a easy run up to christmas ,by playing all the easy games away then the take the hard games at home the first few months to build up a lead then seem to get the extra home game in even when they split

yeah if we win those four games which i cvan't see at the moment. i will back the team regardless of what i think of the management. rangers will start to sweat if we put a run together which we must do any way. maybe rangersw will do what newcastle done that year in the premiership when they were miles ahead of united but man u pulled it back. i hope so.

Its over. If anything we have the tougher games before the OF match and we are so off form. Think its the realms of fantasy now.
