Listen folks, the main problem tonight was the midfield, powderpuff, if we had a hartley and a robson, we would have won, its the * midfield, they are pretty passers but that is it, i honestly looked at KI tonight and wondered if he actually realised what was at stake!...

    ITS THE * MIDFIELD....REPEAT....ITS THE * MIDFIELD!:31:

oh and one more thought...how many goals have our midfield scored this year, (remember aitken \ mcleaod\ collins \ mcstay etc etc etc....its the * midfield!

Ki was playing like we were 1-0 up in the last few minutes. Rugby Park is no place to be playing that boy. We lack a physical presence, we lack a leader, I am so frustrated with this team.

I am so down after the euphoria of last night, the orcs must be doing handstands.

Plenty points to play for still so let's not all jump off the Erskine Bridge just yet. I'm a season ticket holder n I'm feeling down tonight but come the morning we've all got to get up n face the Huns so let's start thinking positive .

It's harsh that Tony Mowbray and Celtic not seems to fit. What he need is time, and what Celtic and the fans don't have is time to wait.

We're down to the basic. A team with a lot of good footballers who haven't played together.
Even how much it hurt to watch when Celtic falls apart as in this second half, I couldn't expect it to work out from the first day.

And now, new injuries force us to change again, again the starting line up.

Rangers haven't added any new players in a long time, and everyone in club knows each other very well. They do the basic simply stuff, and everyone knows what the job is, and were to go on the pitch.

Their main contender (if it isn't Hibs?) is a bunch of actully good footballers, but haven't any fair chance to succeded.

Can't say this is any near acceptable and Mowbray have everything to prove.
But can't say I neither thinks that a new manager and new philosophy, would make it any better.

It gonna hurt to watch for some time yet, even if we change our manger to Lambert or Lennon. A new face on the manager post will not make the team to do.

I accept to be called ignorant. I just have to keep believe in the future (even though that Mowbray have something to learn aswell). I just don't want to go back to the old school fightening football. I just don't want any new Willo Floods nor Stephen McManus' in the Hoops, because of a crashed dream of silky football.

Panic loan signings one of which was for shirt sales and buns on
    seats does
not suggest mogga has a long term plan for Celtic.
Brown at left back? Kamara (a striker) at tight midfiedl? He's only started 5 games this season at Fulham. Tm really doesn't seem to
have a clue! 10 points behind a mediocre Huns team! *! To many changes to our 1st 11 during the season.

The depressing thing is this was all evident in West Brom. Cant score, cant defend, no organisation and lack of leadership.
Mogga must have the X factor coz he couldnt get sacked there eithers! lol

Edit: Kamara can play left wing btw. Played there alot actually. He's quick, but cant head or finish (just like Samaras) so i dont think him replacing Samaras in the middle will make a difference!

I knew we were up for some disappointment after this hectic transfer window. I was really looking forward to the next few games with the buzz of new names around Celtic Park spurring us on but this defeat has just knocked the confidence right out me and I fear there won't be a way back from this. Rangers (for all the talk of them being *) are scoring goals and getting wins and I can't see them faltering unfortunately.

I can see Mowbray is trying to build his own squad and 'ethos' but this season has been really poor, a worse record than Barnes. You can claim that luck is not on our side with chances being wasted every game but you really have to draw a line and come to the conclusion that something is not working.

I would really like to see Mowbray pull things back and gain a respectable finish to the season but if things don't pick up in the coming months he will be for the off, he needs time to get things right but one thing you don't get with Celtic or Rangers is time.

we have wot seems like a very confused team atm,its like 2 peoples version of wot team should be like,im starting to think the board have been buying or loan players and presenting them to mogga who is losing all respect from players because of this.

our tactics are baffling ,we are struggling to score goals because we are basically playing with 3 strikers which means opponents will put 5 defenders on them as cover ,we have mcgeady who will get doubled up on when in possession, that is 7 players sitting in defending before we even start to attack ,we are inviting teams to pack their defence against us.

then we got players making wrong decisions in key attacking areas putting in a cross when we have been sucked forward ,i say sucked as in suckered because when that ball comes in the area is packed making it less likely we will score as most of the time the cross is poor.

we are then on the back foot when they clear and its usually 3 v 3 with mid trying to get into position to help, they have all the space in the world to play into making it easy for them .

the more we put into attack the more they will put into defence ,why have rangers as a boring defensive team scored 20 goals more than us ,its because they suck teams in and counter giving loads of space for their better players to create ,they are a more efficient and smarter team than usand make it easier for a player like boyd to get on the end of things.

our tactics are poor ,but the worry is even with a team of players who just meet each other we should not be getting beaten with these teams with the players we have, think the last time kilmarnock beat us was 20 years ago ,losing patience now .

I wasnt at the game and i AM a season ticket holder, i agree with the top post. After a win its all fine and dandy and when we get beat its sack him, drop him. Some people should sit down and think about whats going on here. Ok we SHOULD have won tonight. i still believe we will win this league. as the post said we lost 2 defenders and players played there first game's for celtic. Look at real madrid. all the money they spent in the summer and then they go and get beat buy a 3rd division side. You have to take the bad with the good, notibly it has mostly been bad but get behind the team, some times the celtic management / Board cant win. Strachan won 3 in a row yet when he got beat one game people were calling for his head, people shouting sack the board, we need players in january, the board go out and spend vast amounts bringing in great talent and still people want them out. Get behind the team, Mowbray has stated many times he is building a team for the future, i agree its not great watchn rangers win the league but look at the team he is building, young energetic, fast. We will come good, i know that, and i am willing to give mowbray time.

    Hail Hail

The message to samaras hopefully is that he will be warming the bench unless he gets the finger out! I agree that mcgeady should defo be dropped, he's a great player but the past 3/4 games he hasnt kicked his *

Anyone who isn't willing to give the management time to cultivate this new squad have no concept of the game!
A completely new squad, new players, 2 injuries and a Scott Brown who needs game time to sort our Midfield out! Yes mogga made the mistake of giving new guys game time immediatly. How much time have they spent with the squad? anyone?
All the clowns with no sense need to chill out and support our team.
As we have discussed and agreed this season is transitional. Give it time FFS!

yes would agree totaly, see it happen all the time, and it happend even under strachan, how they dont see it when they rerun the game beats me as the way we where at the back drawen miller or boyd would have loved that. wish they would have a look at that part of our play we used to play that way and skippy used to be in on goal many a time a ball over the top and he would come in from the right as dose miller for the huns
