its about time some of the members of this Forum GREW UP (something they have yet to do) ...We support Glasgow Celtic .Yes we dont pick the team Gordon strachan Does and you cant fault him can you ?????????? 20 odd points clear ,this alone suggests he has picked the right team most of the time

Just because you question their inclusion doesn't mean you don't support them when they play.

Hartely, Boateng, Kadlec, Walcott wouldn't be a step forward for us

Its easy getting rid of players, getting truely talented players as replacements is another thing completely. Lennon & Hartson were great signings for us, getting players that are only better than them on their current form (e.g. this season) would be a huge step backwards.

None of those above are good enough nor do I think they are on GS's "most wanted" shortlist

 

In Spain he has not played well, and now in almost all the games it is a reserve.... I do not like his game, and I believe that he would not serve for the Celtic...

 

hopefully we'll sack lennon,telfer,mo camara,varga and bring a fresh bunch of players. we'll get some cash from stan and bbj so i hope we can get a few decent signings.

 

I wouldnt "sack" a player that has served us aswell as Lennon has. Just dont renew the contract or try and see if he has coach/scouting skills, keep him here in another capacity.

Varga's contract is up this summer, its not being renewed.

Thompson must be sold aswell, his wages must be high since it was agreed in the hige wage MON era

BBJ I think will move for his kids but I would like to see if Petrov gets over this phase he's going through. He's being wasted out on the right side too.

 

petrov is being wasted on the right because of strachans refusal to remove lennon. i think he sees it as disloyal to remove your captain but what happened to fielding your strongest team..

 

Strachan see's Lennon as a part of his stongest team, and not Nakamura somehow.
