I think his problem is he's tried to change too much too quickly, we are playing more open football, we are creating much more chances, if we get a goal scorer that can actually finish those chances and a CB pairing that can actually defend I think we'll be fine.

He didn't get those players in the first window, lets see if his second window signings are what we are looking for. If he doesn't and we are woeful and still 10 points behind rangers at the end of the season then it might be time for him to go but not just yet imo, I still think we can win this league - it will be tough, we'll have to go on a great run and we'll need rangers to slip up, but it's still possible (I'm ever the optimists :icon_mrgreen:)

    Aye no bother :icon_mrgreen:

We both know that's not going to happen. i've never wished i was wrong so much.

I agree he should be sacked either now before we lose the league this season or at the end of the season when we've lost the league, If we somehow make a huge comeback then he has to stay but i just don't think he can install the mental toughness in the players that is needed for that sort of run.

Was wanting to sack him last night , but now i'v thought about it ill give him another season.
After all at west brom it took him 2 season to make them an attractive playing team that won the championship

iam not going to judge him yet until he has at least 8/11 players on the park that are his then we should all judge him,ano the team thatWGS had won 3 league titles etc but give the guy a chance hes in trying to change hings for the better and if that means 1 * season then so be it but we wont no until this time next year, if we are ten points behind then, then its cheerio but not just now, thats our problem never willing to wait we want everything yesterday

dont get me wrong i no its frustarting iam one of the worst but end of the day people need time he is only human after all not some sort of genius just give the man time people, weer supposed to be celtic supporters faithful through and through back the team back the manager support them help them we all cheers when we win we all love them wen we win so why not do it when we lose cause i gurantee the rut wouldnt last aslong if we all helped them out

This is why when you want to sack the manager people say it's a knee * reaction eh... people really don't think sometimes

I have wanted a new manager for weeks now so i'm not doing that. :50:

Drop Sammy & Fortune and play McDonald and Rasmussen, I also cant see him being sacked although I want him out the door asap, Only thing that I think will get him sacked between now and end of season is if we get beat off Dunfermline in the cup

As far as im concerned i will definitely not be renewing my season ticket. Mowbray has turned celtic into a team of *'s. We r shampoo at the back, toothless in midfield and pathetic in front of goal, and they want to charge £500 for a season ticket. Mowbray GTF!

I can't see the board letting him go anytime soon.Financially they just won't let it happen unless there is a dramatic downtun at the gates. If we do lose the league (which i seriously hope not) then i can't see as many people renewing their season tickets.I will seriously be considering renewal as i can't justify paying a fortune in season tickets and astronomical travel costs to go watch a bunch of guys who show no commitment or willingness to earn their pay.

If there is a downturn in ticket sales, merchandise etc the you can put money on Mogga being shown the door come next season.

I can see the guys vision for Celtic. He talks the talk well, he means well but results are what count at the end of the day. At this time i am not in any way happy about the way we are playing but i will pass on judging Mogga right now. You cant blame him for the heartless bunch on the pitch who are more concerned about collecting their pay than putting a shift in. Although saying that he needs to be a bit of a * with the team. This soft spoken approach clearly doesn't work.Someone needs to give those players a right kick up the * so i just hope Mogga finds that nasty streak in him to do it.

As some have pointed out the club won't get rid of Mowbray.

I'm happy to stick by him. Things take time and alot has changed. These changes were required as we all agree after GS' era. Too much has changed in such a short spell, January isn't the time to rebuild. It was always going to have an affect, things take time.

Caldwell left because the club didn't want to pay the wages he wanted and since his contract was up in May they decided to make money from him. Fair enough, Mowbray could do nothing about that. The rest of the players went because they weren't up to much and obviously weren't in Moggas plans. So he's bringing in players he likes, they'll take time to settle in.

I think Mowbray will eventually build a good team. Just for the sake of it i thought i'd look ahead and see what our team could look like in the future

    Boruc

    Hinkel - Jos - Thompson - Wallace

    Maloney - Ki - N'Guemo - McGeady

    McDonald - Fortune

Obviously things could change but it'll be something like that, and it's quite strong. I've given up hope on winning the title, it's all about time now and getting it right. And I think Mowbray will.

Thats where the problem lies- heartless!!! Weve hardly won a game since Scott Browns recent lay off. He was the heart of the team and led by example, grabbing games by the scruff of the neck, heres hoping hes back real soon!!!:50:

You'll be back alright - when we're winning of course.

Your saying Tony Mowbray has made our team * but infact the only signing he has made that has been a bit lightweight has been ZZ. Ki,Fox and Nguemo have not been bullied at all and have adapted quiker than expected - his other signings can't be judged as they haven't played for us. So how has TM made our team *'s?

Pathetic in front of goal - I would think that's why he has just went out and bought a poacher, mate you haven't even gave anything one bit of thought.

Tony Mowbray is doing everything we wanted done gettin rid of all the * strachan left us with Heid, Flood, Killen etc and trying to get rid of McClap. He is restructuring the whole club which was and still is in turmoil because of the penny pinchin bean counting * in the boardroom. He has us attacking teams that we haven't done in years. He has brought several players to the club which have brought optimism to me and i back him 100%.

Ok. I won't tell you you're over-reacting if you stop giving us * like "Sack Mowbray" every time we don't win a match. It's getting boring now. :87:
