    never done any good when he was on the touch line before, and come on now it was falkirk that we where playing, and at home, get a life, we are as good as you seen us yesterday, and thats a fact hope the penny drops for a few

    Yeah agree 110% i think if you asked Lennon himself he would be the first to agree that is his level and he's appreciative of the position.

    The last paragraph also rings true,that is there role anyway and to assist in tactical subs or mid game formation/play changes.

    IMO yes sometimes animation is needed and i have seen TM and grant do this,i don't really think jumping up and down does much good anyway but that's just my opinion,i would rather a calm and collected manager who works away on his wee pad and formulating in his mind what his next card draw will be.

    I love Lennon- but remember when he was No 2 to WGS - we did struggle big time in some games, so I don't think Neil is the real answer!
