Celtic as a football club are not doing nearly enough to encourage or/and embarrass the EPL into allowing us into that league.
We have our international celebrities who continually sing our praises, yet in an age ruled by the media;no Celtic fan with any pedigree has came out and blitz'ed the EPL for there cowardly attitude towards allowing Celtic in,
Manchester,Chelsea,Arsenal-are scared theyll be fecked come winning the League,Liverpool Aston Villa Spurs and Newcastle are scared theyll miss out on UEFA cup the rest are scared of the negative effects Celtic will have but surely the English PL would be stupid not to welcome a club recognised as being one of the best supported in the world-If not theeee best supported-i have a feeling Celtic would have probably the best travelling support there is-anywhere on the planet.but we have to suffer playing against teams sub standard from the likes of Edinburgh and Dundee.
Im starting a site dedicated to getting Celtic in the EPL Im currently in the planning/designing stages and i want it to be really good and really well promoted as well as well prepared- Celtic need to be in that league for the future growth of the club. There are no limits-Celtic FC should be the biggest football club in the world.

I have to agree with u the quality of football in scotland is poor. If Celtic want to have any kind of chance of having any success in the CL then celtic should be looking for better competition. However as the likes of hearts and hibs are getting better there is more competition for the spl title, but we need to play teams like that every week to get better and more successful.Playing the likes of dunfermline and Livi etc is not competitive enough for Celtic which is the reason why we never do well in Europe anymore.

As much as I would like to see us in the Premiership, I acknowledge that it will never happen.

Celtic in the Premiership would be a dream, mixing it about with some of Europes elite, playing a good team week in week out. If it does happen, won't happen for many a year anyway.

As Rossco said Celtic in the Premiership is a dream. Dreams don't come true very often and this one probably won't.

Would love to see it my lifetime. I think Sky are really the ones who can make it happen. They could easily get us in there if they wanted, its all about the money.

I wouldnt even mind workin up the lower leagues in England to get into the premiership. Anything to get us out of this shithole that is the spl.

Cant wait to see your website mate.

What do yous think of a European League with the likes of Rosenberg etc in it?

i said it back a few years ago, if the powers that be (and that is NOT the EPL) such as Sky Sports want it to happen, it will happen. also, i think a large movement of fans could have a larger effect on such companies rather than on teams

    it'll happen, eventually

It will never happen, this coversation has been going on for years. And the English FA think that Celtic and Rangers arnt good enough quality for the premiership. Which i think is bullshit, i mean we can cream the likes of newcastle, aston villa, wigan, fulham, etc.

Creaming Newcastle...yes we'll well and truly show we can do that very soon...hmmm it's the day before my birthday. Many a great sporting event on. 11th May - Shearer's testimonial, 12th May - City/Country Rugby League in my hometown (what a way to spend an 18th!) and 13th May - English FA Cup Final.

But anyway, I've thought that Celtic and Rangers (if they can return to previous seasons' form) should both be in the EPL, the only problem being that Blatter wants smaller leagues, not bigger ones. Combined British league would be the way to go. How it would work though...search me!

if Celtic and Rangers go into the EPL then they will considered as English teams as well, plus the SPL will go under like the SFL is now.

Cardiff moved from Welsh leagues to play in England. I think.

I don't see how Celtic and Rangers couldn't do that aswell.

i don't think we will ever get a pass to the EPL. would you be up for it if we had to start at the very bottom league2?? i wouldn't but it's the only fair way. our history and roots are in scotland to move rights off every league and cup we've won as second class.

Celtic Park will always be in Glasgow
I won't go into how big we are or how big we could be because we
    already know all that.
Within the confines of Scotland Celtic are shackled, sure Hibs and Aberdeen,Hearts even the hopeless Rangers might rise to give us a challenge every now and then but,its never going to put Celtic FC on the map where the club belongs,Its time now for the fans of Celtic-Every Celtic fan to do there part, even if its only calling up there wee cousin in England and start igniting the fire, get the English wanting us in.
Our destiny lies outside these four walls

It won't happen any time soon. We're a Scottish team and we play in the Scottish league. Just like Dutch teams play in Holland and English teams play in England.

Weird one with Cardiff right enough.
