i play a 3-5-2 formation with celtic and do well, im only level 23 on xbox live but i over run most teams midfield and get plenty of chances afront of goal
    boruc
    fox loovens hinkel
    nguemo brown
    mcgeady robson maloney
    mcdonald fortune

i put the back 5 on high defence/low attack
midfield 3 on med defence/high attack
    front 2 low defence/high attack

    great attacking team trust me

I play 442 with Sammy up front instead of Fortune and i regularly beat * who pick the Manu's the Chelsea's and Barca's. I use the Team Press tactic which means that the opposition get no time on the ball. Also passing is the only way to win against the bigger teams.

I find the 442 with the diamond midfield works a treat. I also play Sammy up front instead of Fortune. As for tactics I have aggression set at max and also a high pressing game. Get in about it. For some reason though always struggle when somebody goes the huns. Think I try to hard and find myself chasing after the ball too much and leaving players out of position.

    I usually play using a 5-0-5 formation.

Its great for defending, and attacking.

When attacking, all you really have to do is get a defender to make through ball up the wing, and a forward will usually pick it up, then, either whip in a cross or take it on yourself.

In defence, you have 5 players back most of the time, except for set plays, so you always have ways of defending.
