Boruc

I dont think that boruc is much better than marshall or vice versa, but i do believe that maybe boruc has a clause in his contract which says he is no1 keeper up until the world cup too improve his chances of being no1 for his country at the world cup. I dont see any other excuse as hes made countless mistakes of late so WGS has had plenty chances to keep Marshall happy and give him a few games but has not used him.

 

I was there last night and usually get in the ground with 10 mins to go till KO but last night i got there early and went in .
I was amazed how Lethargic Boruc looked when warming up ,looked like he didnt want to know ..Is he like that all the time when warming up ??

 

It wasn't just a bad game Boruc had with one mistake. He struggled to hold onto balls and his kick-outs were appaling{sp?}.

Although in the CIS Cup Final when he was so bored that he went after a ball Balde should've got, that was classic. He's a comedy guy, can't take that away from him.

 

Rab Douglas was a clown too...

 

I will give Boruc some credit here and say imo hes alot better than Douglas. I was nervus everytime the ball went near him. Boruc seems to be a very good shot stopper but he does have his moments.

I think it might be somthing to do with the coaching in this country/celtic because think of the amount of keapers we have had playing fantastic at first then it all went down hill....Gould, Douglas, Marshall and now hopefuly not Boruc.

calm down calm down we are 2 steps from the title boruc has had a fantastic season some of the saves he's pulled off have been outstanding. i also like marshall as a keeper and untill boruc goes to the world cup he has played in bigger games. but DM is too quiet i like the way boruc screams at the defenders infront of him

 

boruc has kept 3 clean sheets against the gers this season, that in its self is a great result. hes had a few flops but just remember that its up 2 the defense 2 keep the ball away from him.. even thou he has got 2 make gd saves, it was a simple one that caught him out last nite i dont think that he'll get side lined for that. i dont ever remember feeling so confident with a keeper in nets than a do with boruc, i like david marshall but i think boruc is doin well, 17clear and a cup won.... need i say more

 

Think Marsh will get his chance but it wont be before Celtic are crowned champions

 

i like boruc but hes started making mistakes which in close games next season or europe could cost us dearly but i actually think he ll get the finger out and get back to his best.

 

Boruc may be bad last night but you cant just put DM in.

DM has upteen full game performances for Celtic he has only kept 1 clean sheet that i can remember that was his first game. DM's positioning is awful how many times ive seen him be chipped is unbelievable he doesnt deserve to be back in and neither does Boruc deserved to be dropped he is lacking confidence so lets kick the man well hes downand drop him Back the Keeper no wonder all our keepers are awful if they make one mistake we never let them live it down.

what we can see Boruc has problem with concetration recently, but i think he always had....even when he was playing in Poland.............he is good keeper but mentally he can't take full game with clean sheet

 

Good keepers can concentrate for 90 minutes, i wouldn't find this acceptable

 

I can't see why everyone is saying we haven't a good keeper in years. Sanchez Broto was the business!

enough of this * Boruc is one of the main reasons we are top by 17 points, a goalkeeper is more than some-one who picks the ball out the back of the net boruc commicates and we are a better team for it

I think that Artur will become better and better, besides he is still one of the main reasons for Celtic victories this year.

boruc was gd 2day his first save was amazing, gd reactions he was altert and confident! we hav a wee treasure in him as keeper, something we hav needed for a long time has been safe hands in nets and now we have it... feel bad for davie marshall, but his time will come!
