STV news there. Robson denys a striker crisis, he says goals will come going by last night.

did he watch the game? the amount of chances we missed was unreal!

Mowbray gets slated for criticising players, Robson gets slated for sticking up for his team mates, ever get the feeling Celtic staff are in a no win situation?

Yeah Robson should have said..."of course there is a striker crisis, last night sammy could not have scored in a brothel, killen was useless and the most energy skippy used was when he flopped his arms about when paddy didnt pass to him"

why stick up for them when its blatantly obvious they are *? any other strikers would have scored them chances last night.

All strickers have bad days. We will score goals I reckon. Im not too concerned with the strike force, we all know they can do a good job, Im more concerned with the defence and midfield, they are fookin shocking, below average players IMO.

the strikers are bad theres onli so long befor you have to say c,mon to * get the finger out as most of them couldnt score in a barrel of fannies . if we had a larsson or some one who is a decent striker we would have win most games this season IMO

I completely understand why Robson has said what he's said but obviously I do not agree with him. I can't see how anybody who has watched our strikers this season COULD agree with him.

McDonald - This guy is clearly 50 pizzas and 100 burgers overweight. Get on the treadmill you fat wee bassa!

Samaras - Would struggle to score in the Savoy on a Saturday night.

Killen - When it's all boiled down....just not good enough.

Fortune'e - Could be a useful player for us but isn't going to chip in with a lot of goals.

So there clearly are issues in this area. Here's my five point plan to try and fix it:

    1. Get McDonald's weight down! He's always been stocky but now he just looks fat. If Skippy loses his sharpness(which you do when you're overweight) then he's not much use.

    2. Pair Fortune'e(when he's fit again) with the newly slimmed down McDonald.

    3. In January, punt Samaras and Killen. They're both mince.

    4. In January, sign a striker that can win the ball in the air consistently. If at all possible another striker who has genuine pace would be good too.

    5. Stop playing 1 man up front. The only guy we have that can do that is Samaras but we'd need to create 17 chances for him before he'd get the ball in the net for us. :87:

As Marky said there, why is TM consistently playing with one man up front?? it clearly isn't working!!
