    The reason there was no sub is we only have Thompson on the bench. I've mentioned this before when someone was calling for Thompson to play, but when it comes to centre-halfs managers would be MUCH happier playing an experienced player out of position (i.e. Robson) than a very inexperienced CB. Plus of course the fact that Mick was eventually to return.

    Celtic have looked good though, can't say I was surprised with Hinkel providing the crucial assist after only 15 mins of his return. Hopefully puts and end to the frankly retarded calls that Hinkel isn't upto much.

    Zheng has looked alright and Robson has got stuck into the midfield. Worryingly though his possession retention again hasn't been great. McGeady and Maloney are causing food for though although not really excelling, bar the goal. Would be nice to see both McGinn and McCourt at some stage.

    McDonald has as usual been ineffective apart from good anticipation for the goal. Samaras has worked hard and looked lively, done well to force the challenge for the Skippy goal and got a bit lucky.

    Apart frm that, save from Naylor being * our defence has been pretty solid.
