i had Jordi Alba and Yannick Djallo for getafe,i think i probably made about 10million profit between them.

with getafe i was always very good in europe,i had 3 european campaigns and the first was a EL and i won it,then the next season i got to the QF of the CL and then the next season i won the CL
Never won the league though but it is hard when Real and Barca r competing my seasons in the league with Getafe were 5th ,3rd ,3rd, 2nd
Also got to a spanish cup final but got beat

Now with Roma i took them over in 11th in early january and now im in mid March and im sitting 5th 8 points behind top,also in the last 16 of EL and i've got a cup final to look forward to so everything is going well for me too mate

 

Just started a game with Toulouse. Napoli game was getting too easy 5 seasons in.

 

Aye that's why I avoided the big leagues England (City, Man United, Arsenal, Chelsea), Spain (Barca/Real), Italy (Milans, Juve) I think they are just about too tough to crack with a small team. I think France and HOlland are the best leagues for taking nobodies and challenging.

Just got spanked in the quarters of the CL by Man City. First leg at mine was 0-0, second lost 3-0.

 

i hate it when that happens, a few years into a game when you started out with a half decent side the game gets too easy because you sign better players than everyone else. wish your rivals would progress the same as you do to make it more challenging.

 

surprisingly AC Milan have never finished in the top 4 in my game and arent gonna this season and Inter werent in the top 4 last season and wont be this season,juve are the champions though and r compting again this year .

Oh well, maybe the top teams in Italy aren't that good. I can guarantee though the bottom half of Italy is twice the bottom half of France. Some really terrible teams in this league which is why I managed to bounce straight from Div 2 to 9th in the league. Mainly thanks to Di Santo, Bernardo, Djallo and a few others.

 

if you like international management give uruguay a go. in semis of the world cup atm. got engerland after knocking out croatia and argentina and got out of a group made up of italy, gabon and denmark.

 

Any good suggestions for players to sign for roma ?

 

yes and no,there definately has been a slip in standards in the league,and la liga has became the strongest,but the top teams still do have some good players

so as u can see all the teams have good players its just they dont have enough of them especially,Inter and AC,they have Whittaker ffs

 

roma have actually zero pounds to spend looks like all have to try and bring in loan players or just do with the squad at hand

Pah almost signed DEfour from Fiorentina for £10m, would've been fantastic to tutor my youngsters. He only wanted 40k a week and I offered my max of 44k. As soon as I placed those terms, Chelsea came out of nowhere and signed him

any suggestions for an anchor man? van bommels contract is up at the end of the season and he isnt accepting a new one so i could do with a new anchor man.
