    They must have forgotten the internationally unknown league of Bosnia and Herzegovina. I just read that the match between Brijeg and Sarajevo had to be called off because one fan got killed…

    They don't necessarily need to include them into the top 10, but the news is shocking anyway! What more rivalry do you want but a fan getting killed?

    Chivas vs. America is less of a major rivalry than Cardiff and Swansea!?!?!?!? * *, the lack of a world perspective that the British media has on football is shocking... and I'm not even going to comment on the embarrassingly low place they afforded Chile's major derby.

    The British think the world revolves around the EPL. They are the only country that has the cheek to refer their football association as just the FA as if everyone should know that the FA is british. Their arrogrance is long noted down through history, they even thought they were bigger than the World Cup in the beginning but how many years of hurt is it now??

    I Mail article does the top 50 rivalries (click on the link in the article) and I'm sure I saw Sunderland V Newcastle is somewhere there

    I would love to see The Boca Juniors aV RiverPlate
    Aparently the Boca Junior's stadium is so high and almost vertical drop, I would be scared to sit at the top !

    P.S
    My first experience at Parkhead, I got a seat near the top of the stadium as I thought this was the place to see the entire pitch. It took me more than one hour getting down to the ground, I got so dizzy looking down. I had to sit on each step to go down

    The problem with that is that in Bosnia there is huge rivalry between every Serbian, Croat or Muslim club, because of nationalism and troubled history. So that would meant that entire Bosnian league should be on the list. :87:
