    to do what exactly, shout?

If the players need someone shouting at them to motivate them that doesn't say much about their professionalism.

I think him being involved with the reserves is best for him.

We don't need another motivator in the dugout we have Peter Grant there and he's more than capable of doing that job.

Motivation ,you shouldnt need motivation in games like this ,the manager and coaches do all there talking before the game ,what happens on the park when the whistle goes is down to the players.

    * motivator, id rather bring in someone who can teach them to pass and teach them the beauty of having great vision in the game. the days of "right lads get right * in tae them" should be over.

I hope we dont. i think he brings unwanted attention to the team. i do think we need a leader on the park to motivate the players during the game. bring back fergus mcann- caldwell would have been out the door if he was here.

we have lost Lenny, WGS and Tommy from the dugout. That is a serious loss of ginger power.

    Totally agree.

I never thought I would say this but bring strachan back also. Mowbray doesnt seem to be motivated to me. Hes all talk and no action in my opinion (thus far).

We will be able to judge him more towards the end of the season but I hafta say, i miss wgs's character. I really do.

Thank * for that. If I'd have had to look at him and his football for another season I might have ended it all.

I don't think he would make any difference at all. We've got Peter Grant in the dugout to shout at them.
