Cheers folks for all the replies, I'll be sure to get a look at all of them :50:

Just watched the Boondock Saints there and have to say I really enjoyed it. Never expected to see Billy Connolly in it either. If you've not seen it I highly recommend you give it a watch.

Very good film, I think Guillermo Del Toro produced that some of his films are quality Pan's Labyrinth, Cronos, The Devil's Backbone.

Here's some films you might not have heard of but are pretty good 24/7, Kagemusha, Profondo Rosso, Wild Strawberries, Brazil and Videodrome. Sure you got plenty to keep going.

'Les Valseuses'. One of Gerard Depardieu's early films. 2 hours of complete debauchery. Cracking film.

Also check out 'Koyaanisqatsi'. It's just images of the earth and people set to the music of Phillip Glass. It's visually spectacular though, and makes you think.

See if you want a laugh and are slightly nostalgic (you'll understand) try fish out 'rapping hood' it's really cheesy musical type film with mario van peebles but it's enjoyable tae like.

I've searched everywhere and can't find it.. if anyone has better luck give me a shout out in here please?

I'd recommend Friday Night Lights to all you non-Americans. It was a huge film over here a few years ago based off a real story, depicting the religion that is High School Football in the rural Texas area. Incredible film with great characters, it's not just a cheap sport movie. I'd definitely check that out Mr. Nice.

Ooohhhh, *, never mind. The best American football movie is Remember the Titans, hands down. Denzel Washington is awesome in that movie. It's another HS football movie but this time it's about racial tensions in the 60s and 70s.
