Shame on you suttonstheman!........10 point's clear at the top.....18 above the hun and this is us having a bad spell! So get a grip, support the team and the manager. Rome wasn't built in a day! No team has a divine right to win every game and did you judge Henrik after his first game?..........you probably did.....if you were born then?:31:

Not sure why GS is the topic here unless its because he signed Dublin?
I think Celtic will win the league and the league cup, but GS has to get off to a quick and much better start next season!
No further comment in my opinion on this, from me that is? :86:

I said the agruement was stupid, dont get personal. You started this thread quoting a reporter, why couldn't you say what YOU saw if you were at the match?? Dublin in his day was a good premiership stiker, opinion cant change that fact. And how come everyone is disagreeing with you and not me???

well strangely enough dempsey everyone around me at p/h on wed said dublin was non existant ...what worries me is that strachan is saying "CELTIC ARE NEARING THEIR PEAK" if this is celtic nearing their peak we are going nowhere....on wednesday we seen little flashes of a more settled team ...surely to * you dont agree with strachan on this one dempsey....perhaps its this particular teams peak ....but certainly no where near the level expected by celtic fans..or required to challenge in the champions league...but definetly happy to be 10 points ahead

I have only seen our goals and read the match report on BBC, so I cant comment. But I don't see how we could be near our peak or anywhere near our best playing Falkirk, no matter what the result is. Its a indicator that the team is moving in the right direction alright but nothing more.

I dont see how you could call for Strachans sacking for resting Hartson, a player that has played more than anyone else for Celtic this season. Sutton quit, Miller & Caldwell wont be here till next season, so GS went out a got a quick fix until the end of season, can you not see that? Why is it not acceptable for him to get a backup player until the end of season?

It just seems as if the martin o neill dossier is being taken as a blueprint...its out of date by a lot of years...(* bless martin peace be upon him)......ive seen so many great celtic teams.....watching the lisbon lions every other week, I guess i was ruined as a child...maybe I expect too much...maybe Im a candidate for grumpy ole celtic supporting men ..but sitting on the front wall of the jungle watching wee jimmy.. ma maw phoning the polis cos I dissapeared...when i was 9(found in perth )celtic v st johnstone.....one of my fondest memories was walking down main st in ardrossan when ardrossan winton rovers played st rochs in the scottish junior cup...i had a big celtic rosette with a shamrock...we got beat and the local team had the local orange band entertain us at half time...did I go off on a memorable tangent there?
I was at celtic park when they brought the big cup home to paradise...and i was at every home game in the competition that year.....with my cousin ivy ...not sure why we went with american sailors ...but hey we seen the games(a tribute to my cousin ivy a great celtic supporter)...I was at the 1970 final in san siro..hitch hiked..and all the home games..including the great celtic v leeds battle...i still cherish my fathers 7-1 ticket ...(a tribute to another great celtic supporter Robert Ray ..my dad...who left the wedding party (day of his wedding)to go see celtic...my mom understood...allegedly....To gordon strachan and the board...this means more to we celtic supporters..its our way of life..if you dont feel the same then maybe you shouldnt be there...(id like to congratulate hullbhoy on his etims article..well worthy of a read...on the divisions of the celtic family..finally id like to put to rest the notion that i am a rangers supporter...my final wish is to be laid to rest in my ole leather jacket ...a celtic jersey ..clutching my ole 1956 fender stratocaster..to the tune of CELTIC ARE HERE BY THE LISBON LIONS....oH NO...Heres hoping we do the huns in their own midden sunday.....* bless the tims

What did you expect Gordon to say before the huns game, that we're struggling. It's all part of the big wind up and I'm with him all the way.

Sutton my bhoy you sound about the same age as myself so surely you should appreciate what Wee Gordon is trying to do . Play attractive attacking football. Obviously his team will never be as good as the Lions but he shouldn't be deterred from trying. I remember the Lions defence having lots of scary moments and many a game ending 3-2 or even 5-4. Great days, great memories but let us all get behind the wee man and team and cheer them to victory, just like we used to.

having read earlier stuff on this thread ,regarding gs or mowbary i have to say mowbary anytime ,infact george burley before gs

we all have opinions troops ,there's liitle time for managers these days ,i just dont see gs supplying any memorable events after all the disasters + personally destroying europe for us

, hopefully before the year is out we'll get a manager we can all back

Suttonstheman must be winding us up. I bet he's a 16 year old rangers fan.

Either that or he is as old as he says he is and he's going senile.

"I watched the lisbon lions play.......", Nice memories pal but the lisbon lions aren't gonna win us the SPL are they?

We've got a Good team who are 10 points clear, and more satisfyingly 18 points clear of the huns. As I have said before, we seem to live in an age where no matter what celtic do so called fans come out and pish on it.

If strachan signed rooney, crespo, ronaldiniho, lampard and gerrard tommorow then these "so called" supporters such as suttonstheman would still be whinging.

Let them have there views if it keeps them happy, but keep on supporting the team and strachan because thats what REAL fans do.

Oh and by the way I thought Dublin was fine, and he'll only get better when he settles!
