    i only remember something vagely mate i was only 7 or so at the time! but iv been reading up on it and i fully understand what these * did! but you have to remember also is that this team isnt the same team in 84!

    todays newspaper has the group as"the group of hate"frank mcgarvie inside back pages" i hate rapid more than any team in the world"they are no longer welcome in glasgow as far as im concerned

    Gotta admit , I'm really looking forward to it . It was disappointing to be knocked out the CL but with this mob turning up at CP I'm sure the place will be jumping , in some ways it makes it more exciting than some games we might have played in the CL against some less interesting teams .

    1n 1984 rabid Vienna were fined more than celtic but because rabid put in an appeal the celtic board of directors never challenged it because they saw it as a way to make more money by getting another game

    I was at both games and to this day every time i even hear the word VIENNA:47: never mind rapid * vienna :triplomur the anger over what they did that night at c/p returns but we should never have had to play the dirty cheating * at old trafford if the board had shown some balls and told uefa to stick their replay up their * and see what everyone else could see that it was blatant cheating.

    i have genuine concerns that the aftermath of the game over here could descend into violence i seriously hope im wrong one incident and uefa will * us of this i am in no doubt readin some posts its obvious that there is still a lot of bad blood and rightly so but nothing to damage the clubs rep please!!

    Not sure what age you are mate, but i'd guess you're quite young & basically understand nothing of what happened 25 years ago.
    These * are the scum of the *' earth. Their club is corrupt from top to bottom. * THEM!!!
    I've been waiting 25 years to give these * a collective "boot in the baws".
    If that * Pacult crosses my path on the day of the game in Glasgow, i can promise you I'd be more than happy to take whatever ban would come my way for being the 2nd Celtic fan to volley this * in the balls!!

    Hail Hail my Irish friends!!:celt_2:

    First of all, i am Austrian and from Vienna (but live in Ireland, my fiancée is from Dundalk), but i support Austria and not that Rapid Scum.

    Also i just returned from London (Arsenal -Celtic), and have to say that your support is by far the BEST i have seen in over 20 years of my football-life. I have been to many games in Spain, Italy, England......... but i have never seen anything like it. So, big compliment to all Celtic faithful.

    If anybody needs some info on Vienna please contact my and i will try to help where i can.

    The only request i have, as i have been reading through this forum, please don't judge all Austrian the same, you will see when you play in Vienna that you will have great support there from a lot of locals and you will be welcomed with open arms.
