    Update:

They finally responded to the cancellation e-mail. They claimed they couldn't cancel the order because the items already left the warehouse. So, the shirt and mug should be here within a week at the very latest. Bollocks!!! I'll never order from kitbag again.

It's shocking how some people get treated by organisations like Kitbag.

This is why Celtic should not sell out to a * Company like JJB or Kitbag. We have to look after our own interests even though the Celtic superstore was * as well in the past. If we are to be serious about our merchandising in the future we need to splash the spondulooks for some quality input!

I ordered the Nike Celtic training jacket ($35 on sale) from www.worldsoccershop.com on April 5th. On April 10th, the jacket was waiting for me at my house! For US customers, I highly recommend worldsoccershop. They did my custom US National Team top and it is fantastic. I also ordered my away England top (only because I studied abroad there) from WSS. Kitbag could learn a thing or two.

(It will be a total of $70 for UK customers for overseas shipping. That leaves it around 40 quid shipped, I think.)

It is sad that problems like this happen, I don't really like on-line shopping, and i don't blame the KitBag or CelticFC, something tells me on-line shopping altogether is not worth it.

I am an old fashioned bhoy wen it comes to this, but i rather take a stroll round the town and buy * on the shop for cash, even a cheque or a card, but on-line shopping and waiting for it is just not very safe.

That was fine and dandy when I was living in the UK. I simply cannot go shopping and pick up a Celtic top here in the US. The only place I've been able to do that is in major cities like Chicago and New York in their Nike stores (and that was just as recently as this past summer when Celtic got the Nike strip).

I've had great experiences online shopping, overall. I've ordered Subaru World Rally Team merch from their store in the UK and had no troubles. The fault does fall on kitbag when they are one of the few places I've ever had trouble ordering from.

I ordered Celtic Jacket from Kitbag, but it was my friends domitory cause the Jacket maybe resended. After the days gone by, I try tae call them but their line always busy. F*ck. I dunno why such a big company have a only one phone line.

After that, I sent the email but they ignored(or don't know). So I angryed and sent email with warning. then they apolosized.. of out of stock!! F*ck they are real shame.

If that happend in Korea, customers will not buy products at the store anymore.. in Korea, online stores must send product within a day, and the products must reached the customers house before 3~4 days. usually it reached customers house 1 or 2 days gone by.. not the law, just doin like that.

Quentin I hate to say it but that kind of crap service is par for the course. I have long given up on ordering anything from the official celtic site much as I would prefer to. As much as I want to support the club financially as best I can I am not putting up with constant crap service. Every single order I ever made to the official site was screwed up and on top of that they never bothered to make up for any of it. So now I only buy Celtic merchandise from stores here in the US. I would rather buy direct from Celtic but as I say the crap you are having to put up with is par for the course not a one off.
