i live in ireland and the people who say they leave early to miss the traffic to cut an hour or so of ur journey should look at all the people who travel hundreds of miles to watch the hoops every week!! im sitting on the HSS boat travelling to belfast then i have to get a bus to dublin which will take 3 hours!!

p.s hope the traffic wasnt to bad for use!!!

There are many genuine fans with good reasons for leaving early. At a guess I would say they make up 10% of the early leavers.

Sadly happens a lot. Happens at plenty grounds.

But if you look and think, these people that leave are leaving the team of players they support, and how must those lads on the pitch feel when they look up and see grounds emptying when they are chasing results.

Fair enough people have to leave for reasons and some people leave after poor performances. But to call yourself 'true' stay to the end. I mean that for every set of fans.

I personally dont leave early but since they rerouted ALL the coaches down London Rd, anyone heading North, East & South to the Motorways has to really hurry to their car in order to beat the Police blockade of the side streets onto London Rd that they put onto let the coaches pass

Just out of interest....all you guys who leave after 80,85,87mins is it really worth it when you miss a last minute winner? I'm no being a cunny funt just curious. Celtic are world renowned for scoring last minute winners I would never leave before the end just in case I missed a goal.

I didn't read every post so this might have been brought up. But does anyone know what the plans are, if indeed there are still plans for the undergroud east?

I only left early once in September last year because I was on the train and guess what I missed JVHs winner against Aberdeen, so I wont be doing that again lol!

when was the last time celtic scored a last minute winner?

and btw, all those moaning '90 mins fans' how many of you leave 5 mins before half time to block everyone's view on your way to have a pish, a puff and a pie?

I came on this morning to post about this but glad to see it's already been flagged. Listen, I know some people have genuine reasons for * off after 80 mins but * me 30,000 were gone with 5 mins to go!! I know the game was won long before but * sake, an empty stadium in injury time makes us look * ridiculous! Is it a choir for some people going to Celtic games?? Is it like going to mass, ie you feel you need to but * off after communion cos you fell you've done your duty?? Tell me this, why do English Premiership supporters not feel the need to depart in order to "beat the traffic"? Seem to me their stadiums are chocka until the final whistle goes. Is their particular transport networks more efficient than ours?

Again i'm not getting at people who have genuine reasons but i doubt there are 30,000 people who need to be somewhere else so quickly
