Big Hink has been awesome for us, but at 6M for a right back is something we can't say no to, we needn't spend it on another either because we've got quality cover in wee Caddis, this is the kind of break the wee man will be waiting for, I'd defo take this, like i say love the big guy he has done awesome but 6M would be an excellent coup for us right now!

hinkel is great, and i think mowbary would say to him that its nothing personal obviously if he was to accept the offer of £6mil+

its a nice offer and would certainly bring most, if not all and then some of our transfer fee's we've spent back. although if hinkel was to open contract talks, i seriously doubt he would go. unfortunatly football isnt just a game, its a buisness, and mowbary has a boss too ( infact he's got a whole board of them! ).

hopefully he doesnt go though, as i can see him being a top player for us for a good few seasons to come

Are you all on something. We are trying to build a squad to get into the Champs League and to win our own domestic league and you want to sell the guy who cleared 2 off the line and laid on both goals to get us our tie v Arsenal.

Im sorry but even at 6mil I dont see the logic in it.

And Caddis. There is no way he will be a regular starter for us and there is no way he is good enough and may not actually get good enough to play for us. He has shown promise but look at Marshall, Burchill, Miller where are they all now.

I agree that Caddis is not good enough for the first team and Hinkel is our is the best right-back we've had in a while. But 6 million will really test us, cos thats pretty much how much he is valued IMO.

Now you've mention Liam Miller, really feel pity on him....he had so much potential to become a great Celtic player...instead he chose to got to England and flush his career down the toilet.

£6m? Fair enough, that's a decent whack, but we just seem to have sorted our left back problem- why would we want to create one at right back? Sure, Caddis is a fine young prospect, and we have Mark Wilson, but Hinkel was phenomenal against Moscow and getting better and better.

    KEEP HIM!

If Hutton went for £8m then hinkel is worth £10m!!!

I do like Caddis but i dont think he is ready to step into the right back slot if Hinkel was to leave (which i dont think he will). He is really good going forward and at chasing back cause of his speed but his positioning is a bit suspect at times, he is still young like so it will get better with time and first team experience. Wilson and Doumbe are always injured so we cant rely on them.

Like someone has previously said i dont think there are many right backs playing in Britain who I rate much higher than Hinkel and none that would be interested in a move to Scotland

6mil cant test us. Due to tiket sales and merchandise and tv rights for the arsenal game hes already made us about 3mil So why sell him for 6. I dont get it.

Even if we do go out to Arsenal he will be needed a lot for us to progress in the Europa league

We are not a selling club. Hinkle a great wee player and i rate him more than 6m.

We've just sorted the LB problem with Fox(maybe) so why would we create a RB problem ?
