Don't think he's a legit threat to Hinkel who I rate highly. I like the look of him at right wing when he's had the chance there though, his crossing is good because he gets his head up and he's quick enough to beat his man to the by line.

I like Caddis but as Hammer says Hinkel's spot is under no threat.

Hinkel was fantastic last term and Caddis looks a great prospect, if a bit positionally unaware for set pieces (well, during the pre-season anyway). I could see him playing anywhere on the right side. Really hope we keep him, as Wilson looks as though he's going down the same route as Big John Kennedy.

Would agree with that, but would definitely like him to stay.

Ive Gotta Say I Rate Wee Caddis Very Highly :50: I Was Thinkin A Couple Of Weeks Ago That He Could Maybe Threaten Hinkels Place As The Season Go's On , Just My Opinion Obviously :celt_2:

We should give new contracts to him, Caldwell and O'Dea as soon as possible.

Hinkels great at times a dont understand why he gets so much stick. I like Caddis as well as do the majority of the celtic support and i would hate to see him leave

I can understand his want for first team football, but he needs to bide his time. If reports are anything to go by, Hinkel might be on his way before too long with his wife supposedly being unsettled in Glasgow. So I'd certainly keep a hold of Caddis for this reason alone. Plus cover etc.. he needs to be in the squad. Maybe play him 1 in 4 games or something. With midweek games etc coming, we need cover and he's more than adequate cover.

I like Caddis but I can't see him getting ahead of Hinkle just now, like Hammer said has looked good on the right wing position whenever played there.

Hope he stays but can't see him being automatic 1st choice just now

I really like Caddis. It's just a thing that young players expect to be 1st team younger these days. I think he could be a regular in a season. Even if he gets a game every 4-5 games, cup games etc, i think he would stay

I hope he will stay as we need cover for hinkel and possible squad rotation for the cis cup etc and he will get his chance to impress either at right back or possibly right wing which i think is his best position.
