With Fortune and indeed, roughly any striker it goes one of two ways. They'll either become a 30 GPS machine or a total flop.

What people need to realize that unless * gave them that ability from the day they could walk then they always need a little time to get running. I mean come on the guys played what, 4 games for us so far? Give it time. I know that's a lot to ask given we're playing in EQs already but man get off his back. * look at N'Guemo! Ok he's not a goal machine but he's came in and has been bossing the midfield about. some people don't need time, others do.

If he's * come 20 games into the season then aye rip him a new one but till then, ease up.

True words Reno, and if Fortune gets hismelf about like he done last ngiht in the SPL then he will surely get a good 15-20 goals this season.

If anyone should be criticised it should be McDonald who offered nothing up front and his left-footed finish after turning the defender was abysmal. Hmm this finger pointing needs to stop! Er except in Donatis case - he is awful.

It took me about halk an hour to notice McDonald was even on the park...at least Fortun'e was working and playing a part.

Still time to bring in a goalscorer, we've been crying out for a while

Totally agree mate, took my daughter who's 9 ti the game last night and this * would not stop giving Maloney grief even shouting get to F**K Maloney. When i told him to shut his mouth and back the team he's supposed to support he and his mates said he's allowed his opinion. My daugheter asked me on the bus going home, Why do celtic fans shout at celtic players, how could a answer her, gutted i was :54:

Feel for you mate. If these fans realised that they are being counter-productive to the team you'd think they'd stop. Sometimes seems they are taknig their own personal frustrations to the game and venting at our players? I can't explain the hostility sometimes.

Gary Caldwell is a case in point. From scapegoat of the year to player of the year.

Before the season started pretty much every fan realised we needed a forward who can pretty much guarantee 20-30 goals a season, a fox-in-the-box if you will. So far we have spent almost £6M, which is a lot for a Scottish club in this financial climate, and yet we still don't have one. All of our strikers have assets to their game but none can be relied upon to put away 80/90% of their chances and until we get someone who can then we will have to suffer nights like last night.

    although thats not saying much.

I thought the team lacked match practice.

Word for word what my thoughts are on the matter. Am * it. Additionally, why he wasn't given the spot kick against Al Ahly, i shall never know. What a chance to hit the ground running.

He will be a key player I think.

Moves into space well and creates chances for his team-mates. Big, strong, quick, wins headers, harrasses defenders. I think he will add goals to the team, but he missed a good opportunity last night.

Was it not a terrible back pass that led to a goal??

Anyway, we gotta give the big man a decent crack at his job before we slate him. He'll come good eventually :50:

Difference was Loovens was * * and has been here long enough and hes done nothing to prove he is worth the fee wee paid for him , hes a bombscare zero pace , hes like a cart horse . plus i never abused him at the game i ranted about him here in a thread when i got home ,

Dan Fox was making his * debut hes a left back and was being played wide left he got into the box had 2 chances a header he put miles over and a volley he put wide neither was clear cut chances and fans was calling him a disgrace and telling him to * off back to Stranraer as thats his level .

5 goals in 17 games in the premier league for a guy who isnt an out and out goal scorer is good. Imagine how he would do in the spl.
