Our stadium is great for us.

It would be fantastic to have our home games in a Stadium like Wembley if they could just transport it up for us though. Escalators up to our seats, leg room where people can walk past while your sat down, no one can get rained on when your seated, everything is of great quality and shiny looking.

But we've got what we've got.

Celtic Park Is just as good as we could have hoped, after what we went though back in 94. Living in Scotland now, i still get goosebumps everytime i can get to a game. even if the match day atmosphere is poor during league game.

and just think about this for a moment. How many clubs who had noisy intimidating Stadiums, Only to move to a new stadium which has no intimidating atmosphere.

Never got the chance to go to the old CP, but watching old clips I could sence it was an intimidating stadium. (I was living in England And was too young.....according to my dad)

We now have a 60,000 all seater stadium, and it's one of the most feared grounds in europe. Because of the noice us suppporters can STILL generate Within it.

No need to Spend big on Repairs, A Few Cherrypickers, a Few Men, A couple of buckets and sponges and some fairy liquid, the only bit that looks a bit * is the Fiberglass (or what ever it is) Panels on the Jock stein and Lisbon Lions stand are miscoloured

I wouldn't spend too much time on hun forums, mate, and I certainly wouldn't start a thread based on what those desperate * say. It's OK for a laugh to go on nown again, until you inevitably get sussed out and banned, but you need to wash your hands and mind thoroughly afterwards.

It's what Barca and most Spanish teams do. Ticket prices depend on the opposition. So a Barca/Madrid ticket might cost 90 euros, but a Barca/Getafe ticket might only be 30 euros. It's how they get punters in, good idea too. Motherwell done it for a bit last year as well. Clubs need to look at getting more people in. I'd rather have 60,000 people and make £1.2m (just a random number I picked..) than have 40,000 and make the same money because ticket prices were higher.

Plus, stadiums like Camp Nou are ancient and in dire need of an upgrade, but as was said before, a stadium/park doesn't make a team.

If the truth be told it is a bit of a breeze block bunker from the outside ( this is what they are getting at when suggesting cheap materials where used ). However the atmosphere cannot be criticised as its great.

it might not be a stadium but its a * arena its awesome.
i think they should build on top of main stand but keep the
brick facade its fancy and part of our history.
all it needs is a bit of a scrub
for the money mccann paid its a * steal
i think and the north stand
think its called could basically be a three
tier stand have you seen the *
size of the thing. its a great place to go all
they need to do is add ontop of the
main stand to make it equal to the other three
stands and it will be * unbelievable

When seated the Park looks excellent. However the exterior is poor and the interior such as staircases and toilets is painted breezeblocks!! I always thought Celtic Park was the business until I went to Villa Park a few months ago and had my eyes opened with the cleanliness and internal facilities compared to CP. Apparently though their new owner put a lot of resources into updating and maintenance of the ground which is obviously unavailabe to us!
