Just done some calculations. If they dropped the ticket price to £22 they would make just as much money. It doesn't sound like much but that £6 drop in price might just be enough to tempt a few more people to come to the games. :50:

Could well do,and hopefully with a decent brand of football then it could all be possible.

Id love to see us with a capacity of around 75,000 and when filled for big games it would be amazing...i just dont like the idea of the ground 2/3 full for ordinary league games.

I know what you mean. To be honest though we could have 100,000 in that ground for ordinary league games at the moment and there still wouldn't be an atmosphere. :54: What we really need is the fans to get off their arses, find their voices again and turn Parkhead into the intimidating cauldron we all know it can be. When the fans are in good voice it even intimidates the likes of Barcelona, AC Milan. So imagine how much teams like Hearts and Hibs would crap themselves if the fans were singing......

i dont think if they put the capacity up then they would reduce the ticket prices?

it would be pointless as the would be wanting to increas capacity to make more revenue for the club!

Take it your not a * architect then. Of course it has protuding objects. How the * else do you expect them to hold the roof on? Prittstick? Parkhead is one of the best arenas in Britain! Scudbook!:31:

Our ground is called "Celtic Park" as it was not opened by the Queen. Otherwise it would be called "Celtic Stadium" Which doesn't sound right at all.

    hope that helps :50:

Tell you what *-splash, go look at the 'architecture' of countless other british stadiums and check how may of them have these apparently must-have items to 'hold the roof up'.

The only thing i would say is that is it not a bit of a joke that there are still some seats that have a restricted view? You would think they could do something with that. It doesn't look as good with big pillars holding up the stand.

I wouldn't listen to a Hun at the best of times, never mind their opinions on Celtic or any Celtic associated subject.

Best thing to do is to tell the * to * right off and give you peace.
