Don't see it happening unless we made it to the EPL.
Would be nice to see the club compete for bigger and better players, but I'm always wary of guys like Abrahomvic or Glazer.

Thats weird i was thinking about that the other night and i would welcome it. Imo it has a great chance of happening as Naka is Japans best player a Buisnessman may see this as an oppurtunity to promote his homeland and the club so you never know

The problem with this is that Naka will eventually move on, and whilst I hope Celtic's new Japanese fans will still support the Hoops, the reality is they will follow Naka to his new club.
A good few Man United fan clubs in the far east are now Real Madrid fan clubs because of Beckham.
You have to remember that the chance of a lot of our far-east fans ever seeing a game at CP is very limited, and they haven't grown up with Celtic through their life.
Still you never know, but I would imagine that more business and advertising will happen rather than a rich Japanese takeover.

I would hate to see Celtic bought by a foreign business man with no Celtic connection. When the club is owned by one man, he can do what ever he wants. The fans would have no say in club affairs. He could even sell the staduim! A plc isn't perfect, but in an ideal world we have more than one major shareholder that invests alot of time and money into the club.

But once we get into the CL group stage(just as long as the winners of this season's CL have to finish 1st or 2nd that way we go straight into group stage)That should attrack players and you never know a very rich business man may like what he sees but i doubt it

I don't think so. This club must be owned by True Celts..

U know, I support Celtic even there's no one Korean Player :)

We are a fans club. You are talking about following Man Utd's route. Man Utd were a rich club now they have a 600M debt that continues to build massive interest. We are fustrated by our 30M debt, hmmmm they can * well off.

We'll get back to Europe next season this will be forgotten about
