    If we signed him along with a more technically gifted midfielder it would be better. I could see him out left where Armstrong is at the moment, would offer alot more coming inside and helping out the lone striker. Has the work ethic to get back as well.

    It will never happen no doubt and he's a wee * but I'd like him to be our *. :56:

    I'd happily take Naismith. Would happily see a 1st 11 of 3 Scottish/British players who have quality but are passed their best and the rest Scots and foreigners under 24.

    But the most likely way of getting hold of these players are Scottish boys that have made their millions in the EPL and want to move back home (Naismith, Fletchers, McGeady spring to mind) at about the age of 31.

    That's not the main reason though. He falls into the age bracket where he is an asset that will only depreciate in value so we will not spend money on him. I also dont think that Deila would be able to seduce him to us, Moyes probably could.

    I think he would be a class signing. We would get 3-5 good years out of him and he is far better than other options we have in the same position. The newco fans turned on him badly too so he might fancy a bitta revenge.

    It wont happen but would be a brilliant signing.

    You could say that Allan's was worse because he was touting his self for a move and posting all sorts of pic's in old hun tops, sevco night's out and then signed here. Naismith just * the oldco off and told it like it was, your dead now and I'm offski..

    I don't know if I could take him here, genuinely hated the cheating, dirty, diving hun *..

    I reckon he'd come if it wasn't for the abuse he'd get off them for leaving them while they were being buried and then reappearing for us :56:

    He'll probably never return to Scotland now..

    Not getting a game for Benfica, was excellent with Heerenveen. We still need more quality and magic in the final third.

    Another thing is we have been rumoured to have been scouting over at Benfica games numerous times recently, we might be aware of his situation.

    Very good point to bring up the fact that we've been around Benfica for awhile now, so this one might actually have a chance of going through. Altho I think you need to broaden your scope to outside players from the Balkans ;)
