I would give a year to Nick Ross. I have always been impressed with him when I see him play.

Randolph in and Zaluska out too

    Why Randolph in, Zaluska out?

That's who I thought as well. Not saying he'd be good enough for Europe but we could be doing with SPL standard players, on cheap wages as backup. At least you know what you'll get from them.. not too much risk involved as long as you don't expect too much.

Well he tore us to shreds a few weeks ago, although that wasn't a good defensive performance. I'm not sure he is actually that tall. It would just give us a different option to have a bully upfront. Not saying that it should definitely be him though.

I agree with needing a strong forward up there, just not Magennis. I'd still love Marc Janko here. Wanted him ever since he had that unreal season with Salzburg. No idea how he is doing over in Turkey with Trabzonspor.

What about a good tall, solid center half?
1 meter 95, good in the air, quick, can play the ball out from the back or clear the lines in a no nonsense fashion.

Another good player from my tour of the Hungarian league, Ádám Dudás:

These are all half million pound players.

Pescara are going to be relegated from the Serie A, so we should try for Juan Fernando Quintero and Marco Capuano

I remember Mo Salah being suggested a long while back here in this thread and a few people (myself included) agreeing. Shame he'll be way out of our price range now since Basel's Europa League season.

Simone Zaza from Sampdoria would be a great signing. He's still young and on loan in Serie B has been banging them in all season. Genero Zeefuik would do well here as well, I'm sure, a really tricky player who's been in and out at Groningen so we could probably get him reasonably cheap.

Yes I like the look of this lad, was on transfermarket.co.uk and it said he was signed for £2.2 mill to Basel? deffo his value will have gone up since this Europa League campaign but * I say we see what they would sell him for? Don't ask don't get eh? :icon_mrgreen:

I don`t think he would leave to Basel to come to Celtic anyway. He`s already in a better league and Basel are always involved in Europe. Seriously doubt it would happen
