if i could pick 2 players now, considering we still have defenders(especially center backs) to sell and buy, like mcmanus, hinkle, wilson, caddis or whoever is getting sold, and with campbell, st.ledger, ramis or whoever is being persued ,i would love us to sign diego perez off monaco and robert vittek, although i think vittek's just signed for a turkish side. think those two would of been within' our reach, and been sensational for us.
bellamy and keane is the dream for now though.

 

Seen on the BBC gossip page that Blackpool may be interested in Michael Bradley. Think he could be a good player for us, depending on the price of course.

 

As i replacement for Boruc i'd be straight on the phone to Coventry to snap up Keiron Westwood, best keeper outside the premiership by a mile, 5 Irish caps for Ireland as Given's understudy, still only 24 or 25.

 

I'm not sure if there's any interest from other clubs but Matias Defederico would be a pretty good signing. His market value is about 2.9mil, he's young and he's only got 1 year left on his contract. Plus he's good.

hey guys, i think sean st ledger wud be a major signing 4 us!!! ive read lennon n co r lookin 4 experience centre halfs, i think this guy at 2.5 million from preston would fit the bill! 23yr old who has many caps 4 Ireland n who was man of the match in both games of the WC qualifying campaign against Italy n France! big threat at set pieces n a composed player!
