    That's what I say.

It's a joy to watch the likes of Wallace, Telfer and Du Wei defend. The pace and the movement in the centre of midfield causes fear in even the most formidable of teams. (The combined ag of Keane and Lennon is 68)The technical ability of Pearson and the pace of Hartson is admired world wide. :86:

GS has been out done tactically by Graham Roberts who has managed no less that 8 non league clubs. The 3-5-2 with young and fresh legs is causing us chaos. We should be losing 5-0. Two perfectly good goals chopped off and a Boruc penalty save gives us a chance.

I'm off for another stiff drink to get me through the second half.

Whoever says this is not similar to "doomsday" is * deluding themselves. I mean come on. We are gonna win the SPL, I was expecting a nice piece of secondary silverware but after today that's out of the question.

Question is: When we win the SPL and get back into the CL again are we gonna be able to compete against European opposition when we can't even beat First Division opposition. Know what else I hate? This *: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/c/celtic/4592964.stm

Now Clyde get Gretna in the nest round, they'll probably win it, I am * fuming today :47:

I'm not gonna get into the "why did we buy keane" thing but fair point, Lennon says he wants to leave if we win the SPL and Keane is 34 too, we need fresh talent. We need money, if Daddy Desmond's gonna bankroll a quality signing that's be awesome in stead of his own personal feelings bringing in Keane (who, incidentally I do rate).

FACT: We need decent players committing to 3 or 4 year contracts...

Listen the back line stinks, theres no doubt, but Celtic for seasons have been struggling even in Scotland, as I said defense starts at the * FRONT, since Larsson left we dont have a mobile front runner in Hartson, sad to say the guy is a cairt horse! :38:

I thought Virgo did OK , but they did sit in the second half and hit on the break.

And you need to remember Keane hasn't played since september !

Keane next to big Virgo and Maloney was our best player imo.

On topic though, a agree 100% Murphy, our pacey midfield and our pacey striker way all the movement, along way our rock solid defence will have teams across europe shiten themselfs.

I can't agree that defense starts at the front, sorry...

We can't keep the ball constantly in attack or the midfield which are our strongest areas. Youre right in that our defense is *.

Fact of the game is that we will have to defend the oppositions attack no matter who they are. Our defense is pure *. I don't have a lot more to say on the matter, I respect your opinion and you are entitled to it but I think we'd be a better team with a lot more time and money and development spent on defenders with youth program and an influx of new defenders and a few defensive midfielders... Still * fuming about today :31: :47:

If he wasn't ready to play he shouldn't have been on the pitch. If he can't put on a hoops shirt and be ready to give 110% then he can go back to Cork, I'll tell my aunt to bring him over a thank-you hamper of something. * Clyde... I mean, come on!!! CLYDE!!!

in fairness to wallace he's not a left back , he's way more useful in midfield, as for Du Wei i was expecting better but its his first match(mind you it was only clyde) but looked lost, McManus looks shaky and has looked it for the past couple of weeks, but something has to be done about Paul Telfer , he is no where near Celtic class a joke how he's on the team sheet everyweek. As for Roy Keane , it was his first game give him time, but Virgo looked decent coming on.

I think Keane DID give 100% today , in fact Keane, Maloney and Boruc was about the only ones !

Roy Keane wasn't even a shadow of his former self... I'll retract that comment about giving 100%.

Hartson though... He must have take a wee shine to the bucky and got blootered the night before...
