    Strangely enough I have always wondered that. I always assumed it was just a generation thing, like our great great grandparents would have worn different stuff to our grandparents and such.

    Something I never in my life thought about.
    I wear a celtic shirt, jeans and trainers every day. Its what I feel comfertable in.
    Don't own a pair of shoes or shirt or old mans trousers.
    Don't get refered to as a tramp for nothing. :56:

    i got a tweed a jacket and it suprisingly had a fair few compliments!! :56: but thats about it..

    wear what you want when you want,you don`t have to comply with stereotypes.i still wear more or less the same styles as i was when i was 20ish.i think it`s great that you now see people like my maw and paw cutting about wearing trainers and other casual wear.remember you`re only as old as the woman you feel.:50:
