    Come on everyone, there is only 1 candidate for Celtic manager and that is Roy Keane.

    His playing CV is equal to anyone and the global exposure he brings to Celtic having played for Manchester United has to be better than the other candidates. He loves Celtic and has worn the Celtic shirt (albeit briefly). He ticks all the boxes.

    A while back I would never have welcomed Keane as manager, but I'd bite your hand off for him now after some of the names mentioned.

    I'd take Keane, why not? What are we down to the now? Everyone we have been linked with has denied us. If we can get him, lets take a risk, he wont get the * WGS got, and I think he can get us some good and up and comming players, and he wont stand for losing away on the CL.

    Good players do not necessarily make good managers.

    Not for me I'm afraid, I'm not convinced he could work on the budget he'd be given at Celtic.

    Keane comes across as being a cold fish. His transfer policy was also dubious at Sunderland, signing players on a whim and hardly playing them.

    I thought it was a manager that we were after. He spebt a fortune at Sunderland. 5 or 6 Million on Michael Chopra i think he spent as well. If that is what he is buying, i wouldnt trust him with going to the shops for bread.

    So what you are saying is that our new manager has to have had something to do with Celtic??????? Wayne Biggins wore the shirt. You wouldnt let him within 100 yards of the front door at parkhead would you??
