I would take McGhee, he likes to play attacking football in a 4-3-3, we have the right players to play like that and he was a good player for Celtic. I would also take Mowbray or Coyle, we definetly need a new manager who'll play in a new style like a 3-5-2 or 4-3-3.

    Why wouldn't yous want them?

I would happily take McGhee, Coyle or Mowbray the now instead of Strachan. We aren't going to get a big well know manager. I will be happy with someone who will have us playing good footballl as we have the best Squad in the SPL and should win the League. As long as we dont play in the same 4-4-2 all season like we have done the past 4 years.

the thing i dont understand is, people say strachan doesnt give the team motivation, so look at these managers

Mowbray - Might play nice football doesnt get results where was the motivation to not get relegated?

McGhee - Did you see motherwell against st mirren a chance to get into top 6 and the team were unmotivated, very very bad

Yet people want strachan out and people like this in

because they do not have enough stature in the game to attract enough quality players.

I would happily take any manager who is willing to stop playing a boring brand of football and actually give it a go

def true. that would be a step down, we need to go upnow, this has to be the bottom, cant be subdued to another SPL manager, id try and find a foreign manager though

Mowbray is managing West Brom who are at best a Championship team, he fot them to the Premiership and relegated big deal. He is managing a small club and done well. McGhee is managing Motherwell and they lost their two best players Porter and McCormack he's still done well getting them mid table.

Strachan wouldn't do anything managing West Brom or Motherwell but he wouldn't have them playing as well as McGhee or Mowbray.

Your also dreaming if you think we can get in a big quality manager, Premiership teams pay about £50k a week to get the best managers, theres absolutley no chance we would be able to get one like the Croatia manager or anybody like that as the wages are too much.

Id go for McGhee, Mowbray or Coyle, 3 guys who have their teams playing well and in a good style, remember they will be managing the best Group of players in their League none of them have done that before. Strachan hadn't done anything before he came out of the ordinary and neither did O'Neill although he done well in a few Cups but he wasn't doing that great.

I'd happily take Curbishley, i think he's an excellent manager and is tactically very good, however my preference would be Mowbray. His teams play exciting football and he's a good motivator.

Mark McGhee is a good manager, he can identify good player, plays in an attacking style and best of all he is Celtic through and through. He's played for an is passionate about the club, that helps a lot look at Walter Smith at Rangers, hes not a master tactician or great in the transfer market. He knows all about Rangers and has won the League with what id say as an inferior group of players to out own.

I seen McGhee on Celtic TV a while ago talking about how he nearly got the job before but Tommy Burns got it and he spoke how he learned from Billy McNeill about playing attacking football and playing the Celtic way, id love to see him getting a chance although Mowbray is just the same and Owen Coyle has been successful so far although I havent seen a lot of his teams play.

Anybody that doesn't play a 4-4-2 in that stale a way would have won the League with us. We've been read like a book for over a year by the opposition. You've got to freshen things up every so often otherwise you get found out, we have played the exact same way for 4 years. Similar happened to Barcelona under Rijkaard.

Any manager would be better than the one we have now, although McGhee wouldn't be my first choice tbh.

I think we could do better than those mentioned but if it had to be i'd take Mowbray over the other 2. He had Motherwell playing good football and into europe last season, my only problem is that he is managing a bottom 6 club this season.
