Things in films and tv shows that annoy you?

You never see anyone tying their shoelaces.

 

I'm glad there is a thread for this, I get * off that in soaps or any shows no 2 characters have the same name, like everyone knows like 2 johns or a couple of Scott's or dave's. but no one in like the history of eastenders has there been 2 of the named people on the square... unlikely to happen in real life

and in films how come no one ever stutters or just gets tounge twisted... or no one ever say what? because they didn't hear correct the first time!
