    What I see is political correctness gone mad because Boruc played *. Deflect negetivety away from Boruc and onto the commentators who gave a player, who made two huge blunders, a hard time. They are NI commentators, they are going to enjoy the opposition keeper * up. Deal with it!

    Dunphy called Niall Quinn a creep repeadly one night and he was been more sinister than calling a blundering keeper "Artur Boruc of Celtic, a proper Benny Hill".

    Constant slating of Cristiano Ronaldo by Dunphy. e.g."brat"

    Calling players "clowns" on a regular basis for making small mistakes

    This is a classic case of green tinted googles tbh

    Was there anything bigoted or sectarian said by the commentators? I doubt it very much.

    If it was an irish or scottish commentator making about an opposition keeper, you wouldnt bad an eyelid and revel in the ridicule but its not allowed when its a Celtic goalkeeper. Give me a break

    I hope the PC brigade take a long walk off a short pier

    Welcome back mate , not everyone is slagging him , im not sure if you have kept an eye on celtic the last 6 months but he has had a very shaky season costing us a few points. We need to get behind him now because thats the only way we can raise his confidence again

    A pundit, does it really matter that much?

    Does ask me remember specifics but I remember the commentators often sneering at mistakes of players in lesser teams. Nobody was "outraged" by those remarks and all that there was in this was the bruised egos of Tims because they were the ones proclaiming Boruc to be"best keeper ever, even better than Simpson", "world class keeper", "best keeper in years" etc etc etc and they have egg on their faces.

    How can you not defend him?

    Recieving death threats and chants of RIP by the crowd. Of course mentally he is gonna be affected which means he is not gonna be playing to his full potential. He is a human being. If anyone else reckons they could handle that sort of pressure then theyr talkin out their *. It was a different kind of pressure to the pressure of a european night or an old firm game
