    Please help me i downloaded bearshare 7.1 and when i go into it i cant register when i try to register it just comes up a blank window called register and stays there for ever and wont come up with anything to register please help thanks :icon_mrgreen:

    Goto control panel - add and remove progs -remove bearshare ,

    Google bearshare old version ,goto the first link on google page ,click ,scroll down ,there will be 4-5 versions of bearshare ,click the one 5.2.5 free ,install ,happy days ,never upgrade ,they will want money ,,,the version your trying to download is a money one and it isnt any better than 5.2.5 .

    Not that version 5.2.5 ,ive used it for 3years and ive scanned it numerous times and no viruses ,but of course you must have a good firewall and antivirus with all p2p sharing .

    I do use bearshare and there isnt a problem with it if its backed up with spyware progs like all these progs should be ,i also use torrents and the same applys to them .

    never use limewire to many peeps get caught using it only use torrents with peer guardian much safer
