Probaly in the wrong area, but * this made me laugh, full of classic quotes like 'they were there for the taking'.

Hurting hun *. Now he knows how I felt growing up in the 90's.

Co-operative Insurance Cup Final: Mark Hateley's verdict

    Mar 16 2009
RANGERS conceded the season's first piece of silverware to Gordon Strachan's side at Hampden yesterday. Now I fear they could remain in the shadows of Celtic for many more years if they don't bounce back immediately and * the championship away from them.

Walter Smith is facing one of his biggest-ever challenges picking up those heartbroken players in that dressing room but he has to as a fourth title in a row for Celtic could be a fatal blow to the Light Blues.

Both managers said this wouldn't have any effect on the championship race and I'm hoping that's right because the Rangers players will be so low right now.

When you look at the financial situation gripping the world and Scottish football just now, the league has to be the top priority for Walter and his men.

They have to respond and win it to have a better chance of joining the best in Europe in the Champions League and get their hands on the pot of gold that brings with it.

If Celtic do that again then Rangers could fall even further behind.
If Walter wants to make his team stronger and add to the players he already has and make them the top force in Scotland that has to be the ultimate goal.

Alot can happen as we have seen in the SPL this season so I wouldn't rule that out.Seven points was the lead at one stage and Rangers responded well and got that back down to zero before dropping three points to Inverness.

Celtic have the advantage at the moment and the Co-operative Insurance Cup in the locker but more points will be dropped by both teams before May.

The Rangers players now need to respond in an even stronger fashion than they did before. This is when you are looking for a reaction. Not next week against Hearts - but tomorrow when they arrive at Murray Park. The fans will demand they focus on Saturday and they must try to win every game.

Right now they won't have the fire in their bellies but they must find that somewhere overnight or they can kiss goodbye to the title and the Double as well.

They have to believe they can do that - and that comes down to the management. Walter and Ally have to lift the spirits after this performance. It's all about sticking together and trying to be positive.
They might be devastated right now but they have to pick themselves up and concentrate on the league.

This was a chance lost because I think Celtic were there to be beaten.
This should have been the first part of the Treble done and dusted.
Now they must go out and make amends by lifting both the title and the Scottish Cup.

Their spirits will be sapped and so will their energy after playing on that surface. It was bobbly as *, slow as * and there was no bounce.
Scott Brown and many more hit balls miles into touch which you would normally never see.

But you can't blame the surface as both teams had to deal with it and at the end of the day Celtic dealt with it much better.

It was another disappointing game but on the other hand there were chances with Artur Boruc and Allan McGregor making saves.
There was still nothing in it and it was going to take a set-piece to break the deadlock and it turned out that way.

Ithought whoever scored the first goal would go on and win it. But if you are a Rangers fan you will be disappointed at how your team played. There should have been more emphasis on going forward.
Pedro Mendes just couldn't get into the game.

If Rangers had played amore direct game then he could have played off the strikers. But now is the time for Walter and his men to stand up and be counted - or face many more years in the wilderness.

    They're all the same mate

Derek Johnstone criticised barry ferguson for sportsmanship because he
gave us the ball back when Samaras was down injured

At the end of the day I couldn't care less what the rodents of the earth say about us, they want their manager to walk, we won 2-0 yesterday and we are top of the league by 3 points!! Hail Hail!!

is he having a laugh?did he not see the bit where he beat 4 rangers players before passing to hartly.

or the close control to skip by another 2 of them,or the lung busting runs in to the box to support mcgeady
or the 2 fierce shots that just went over the bar,

how he can say what he said just shows hes trying to appease the huns or looking for EXCUSES
