I would go with this line up

    Boruc
    Hinkel-Caldwell-Mick-Naylor
    Naka-Brown-Crosas-Mcgeady
    Mcdonald-Samaras

Bring on big jan and after 60th min

I would agree either sammie or jan dont really care both as bad as each other, id prefer sammie as he doesnt foul somebody every two seconds thats all Jan did the last OF game and yesterday.

Id bring on big Jan, but in the 89th minute so he can maintain his impressive 'get a game every week while being * record'

    why?

We dont need to stoop to their level by putting one-paced cloggers like hartley in the middle.

Do we really want another dire 0-0 midfiled bore-a-thon?

Lets get Crosas in the middle pulling the strings and lets get aiden on the ball and give him a run at flatfoot / combover (whittaker).

These * are there for the taking, lets get attacking!

After their recent run it would just be typical for Jan or Samaras to score on Sunday.

these games don't usually have much flow to them, not sure crosas would be the best option. i think we'd be better off with a bruiser in the midfield to win all the loose balls. when's robson fit again?

Same team, hopefully a better result. Idealy I'd play Naylor at LB and Maloney instead of McGeady if both were fit.

    Boruc

    Hinkel Caldwell McManus O'Dea

    Hartley Crosas

    Brown Nakamura McGeady

    McDonald

Let Hartley sit and basically kick * out of them, Crosas and Nakamura can link up the play through the middle and Brown and McGeady can do the leg work.

Neither JVoH or Samaras are playing well and for me dropping one of them for that tactical change to dominate the midfield is, for me, worth it. If we can run the midfield we can run the game, and if we run the game we can play our best football and if we play our best football we will win.

    I would play a 4-3-2-1

    Boruc
    Hinkel Mcmanus Caldwell Naylor(if fit)/O'Dea
    Brown Crosas Hartley
    McGeady Nakamura
    Mcdonald

got to be worth a gamble as neither of the other two strikers are scoring only other option if not to play jan or sam would be to fling in hutch but that wont happen in a big game like this. You may also see strachan sub in flood for crosas eventually if he dosent suit the kind of game being played
