whats with all this "haters" *

if we say anything about anyone we get branded haters,ffs,

i was going to go on a rant,but whats the point,

 

theres always someone in the team getting slated, jan being a prime example

 

Exactly mate. Jan has been very poor and deserves to be criticised imo.

 

big jan has had a poor run lately... but i think he will come good. He's definately a better team player than samaras imo. (who i also like and hope will come good soon!!)

 

the guys been injured for 6 months, cut him a bit of slack, my point is i dont see why hes being singled out when the other 2 arent doin it either

 

hate is abit harsh....novo i h8............i just dont rate the big man this season,,poor very poor so far..

 

the big man will prove his worth in the run in.

 

He was out for 4 months Imo Skippy is contributing to the play. But I agree Sammy hasn't been "doin it". Big jan - when on top form- is a player i'd have in my team every week but he's too slow, gives away needless fouls all the time and he's injury prone. He deserves to be criticised for this seasons performancdes because they've been no where near good enough.

 

i would not "hate" JVOH even if he was the shitiest player that ever walked the earth

in fact i dont think i hate anybody,i might dislike what some people do or how things get done ,but as for "hate" you can leave me out of the "hate " that u talk about

i dont think i even hate rangers,,reason because to hate means one has to feel something for somthing or somebody ,rangers to me are just like stepping on a *,there there and easily dealt with

 

I think the big man can do a lot better and he knows it yesterday after he missed that pen you could see he was desperate to make up for it, he will get the goals he is the type of player that wont give up easily imo.

 

neve hated the guy! i think the mans class tbh,just back from a bad injury aswell give him time and his confidence and goals will come back!!!

 

Listen guys, i would love to eat humble pie and see big jan score a barrel load, i like the big man, but in football at this level you have to be decisive and at times hard, yes he scored an important goal last year, but so did big sammy v motherwell, and skippy v huns and all the others, and a draw would have done v dundee united in last game, we dont have time now for giving him a spot cos we 1. like him, 2. feel sorry for him 3. think we owe him for last year, 4. are over optiimistic that he may suddenly click and score a barrel load, 5. believe that his woefull statistics will miraculously change. right now, we need to be clinical and make some hard decisions, and thats why i think he should be left out, if the midfield hadnt scored 6 (repeat 6) yesterday, VOH would have been getting slaughtered, probably from everyone, even his biggest fans, on his display yesterday, we may have drawn the game, it CANNOT GO ON! he needs to be dropped! I felt sorry for him at game yesterday, but if we had not have won, i would have been * fuming at him, its NOT good enough!..off course...that is only my opinion!

Jan is one of the greatest Celts i have had the honour to see play in the jersey, which includes a list like Macca, Walker, Paul McStay, Di Canio, Cadete, Larsson, the list goes on.

Jan wears his heart on the jersey and has proved his haters wrong time and time again,

last season for example, Jan had scored 10 by december, and Hugh Keevins said hed bet his house on jan not scoring 20, what does he do? gets his 20th on the last day of the season, which he also done against Killie the season before,

the majority of Jan haters and the Strachan haters, wrapped around the MON era, i wont go on and on about that, i love Jan,best striker we have and the goals will come, along with assists for Skippy !

 

I think he really needs to stay..always a threat in the air and links up very well with wee Skippy. It might not be noticeable all the time but he does work very hard..I dont think Skippy would have got 31 last year if he wasnt playing up with Jan.He compliments him brilliantly and skippy loves playing up beside him. On top of that he is always good for a very important goal..which usually come late on..Scored so many crucial goals for us. Give the big man the support he deserves and we will see the best of the big man for the rest of the season.

 

So because I along with others, criticise Wgs and JVOH , we hate them ? I certainly don't hate them !!!! I appreciate all they've done for the club but sometimes they need to be criticised. Jan just hasn't been doing it this season. I think he'll come good but it's when he'll come good that's the issue. He needs to get back to form and fast !!!
Also Jan's probably one of my favourite players tbh. Met him after the game yesterday, got a photo and autograph. He's an absolute gentleman He's been good for the club but like everyone else he has his flaws.

 

JVoH is a great man, and I hope he regains his scoring ability. It'd be shame to see him go.

 

I think his times up to be honest.

I like the big guy but its at a point now where you have to ask yourself 'What is he contributing?'

He's not scoring, winning headers, setting up chances and looks slow, cumbersome and unfit.

I dont think we should take up the 1 year option on his contract.

To say that hes as good as DiCanio Cadete Larsson is bollox....
Henri Camara had a better record on goals to games !
Ill admit when we first signed Jan and saw him * all over ferdinand at old trafford i thought yes what a player but injurys have stopped his progression... I dont think his over all play is good enough... he was signed to replace John Hartson and big John was 5 times the player he is...

 

If we had other better strikers in the club, I would agree easier to this. But only McDonald is scoring. Without JVoH, we're left with Samaras, who's also rank, lately.

 

we will take the option tho.it will save the board a few million on getting a new1.....i wouldnt take that option imao...........
