I was thinking, there's no way we suddenly went from such a poor run to this result by chance alone.

What do you feel made the difference today? Crosas? Something tactical maybe?

I genuinely can't see it myself, although surely there must be something to provoke such a drastic change in fortunes, so I'm hoping to hear some theories.

the midfeild reckoned there is no point passing to the forwards as they couldn't hit a cows * with a banjo (skippy excluded) so they thought we are * hot, lets by pass these guys and put on a show for the finest fans in the world.

When Nakamura plays to his best, we're a different side. I just hope we can hold on to him for next season. Brown, Hinkel and Crosas were also brilliant.

I suppose it was a case of the midfielders saying "well if you lot up front can't do it we'll give it a go" lol. Nah seriously though the midfield was brilliant today. Those 4 are the perfect midfield if you're looking for flair and creativity. I think Hinkel deserves a mention aswell, he was sublime today.

A number of things, Crosas controlling things in the middle, Brown playing higher up the pitch, Naylor NOT playing, McGeady on form, Nakamura playing central and Hinkel being more of a winger. Plus the team as a whole playing at a high pace giving them no time to breathe.

we clicked today, i loved seeing GS off his seat and abusing Sammy for being a clown when he should have passed to hutchi.

Credit where credit is due, enjoy your tea while watching Dale Winton gordon, but plaese start hutchi and sort out those strikers.

think we just hit it off today. mibbe the fact that the papers have been ripping into us for the last couple of months has finally * off a few of the players. the midfield ran the show & most of the players were fantastic. Im one guy that critizised naka for most of the season but he was awesome today. brown was * hot as usual but the player that stood out most for me was marc crosas. his passing is second to none. his goal was a screamer and i just hope he hits a few more from outside the box.

If Maloney had half the chances McGeady got it would have been double figures easy.

I think we just kept going forward not sitting back and no passing back.

a very poor st mirren side who went down to ten men in the first half plus the fact the goalkeeper was a nervous wreck was the difference

The bottom line is we played our best players in midfield, Naka, Brown, Mcgeady, and Crosas. These players are the most technically gifted, they see a pass they take a shot and they all have good pace, well apart from Naka, who by the way has got something like 11 goals this season.

Did you see the game? 6 of the goals the goalkeeper could do * all about. Stop being so negative and give the team credit for once, they played with tempo and desire, a winning combination.:bbpd:

I don't think any of the goals where because of St Mirren mistakes apart from the first which the GK should have saved and the OG.

St mirren could have had 12 players and still have got beat 3 or 4 nill tbh.
