For get about sacking the manager just for a moment.

We need to be the 12th man from now on in.

We lose a goal to Motherwell with 10 minutes to go. and we only had a brown effort as well a set peice with sammy over the bar to show for, that was it.

last years and years gone by, we would have pushed more for the winning goal an we would have got it.

I can't understand why we have put pressure on our forwards.
our goal scoring is not that bad , Rangers have only scored 3 more than us, 2 of them being the weekend.

We had 2 great chances with both VGoH and Skippy and didn't take them, that happens in games, our goal was pretty lucky to be honest but deserved.

we play St Mirren at the weekend and if we win then it will be 4 wins in 11 games.

thats like saying we have played everyboby in our league and only beat 4 of the teams in the last quater.
we didn't play Killy or Hamilton but Hibs and Rangers where extra games and they where 2 of the 3 wins.

If I was to do a league table for the last 10 games we would not even be in the top 6

    Rangers 24
    Hamilton 18
    Aberdeen 17
    Dundee Utd 17
    Hearts 16
    Motherwell 16
    ---------------
    Celtic 14

This is definetly somthing to worry about, 10 games is not just a blip.
From the start of December to now, 3 months of football

6 points at home and 8 points away from home

5 of those games were draws which takes me back to the will to win

Our bigest problem is that teams know how to play against us and we don't know how to respond to there tactics.

Celtic don't know how to win a game of football, I dosn't look like they have the fight in them to push for this 4th title.

I would love them to prove me wrong as this is coming from someone who felt even though Rangers had a superier advantage on us last year, still thought that Celtic were still going to win the League

Now back to sacking the manager, do you think if we did this now that it would be a benifit to the team enough to see us win the league.
Remember , there is no revolt, it's not what the players want.

Someone else coming in a doing things his way would set us back further before it gets better, it is not a time for change. we have to stick with it.

We need to be the 12th man from now on in.

We have to do our bit to, we have to sing on Saturday as if it is a champions league game, encourage the players, give them prase sing there names whatever. I remember doing this with Bobby Peta and we say a big differance in him. We have to push them on and give them that fight back.

Agreed, we have to get behind the team, booing them off the park is not going to motivate them.

Myself and armilite ,spoke of this the other day ,teams used to * themselves coming out that tunnell at parkhead with the volume of noise in that culdron ,not now ,i honestly think that how teams are playing a decent game now against celtic at home ,they are not as nervous ,the 12th man served celtic well for years ,the really need that player back now .

The fans need to make CP intimidating for the opposition not for Celtic players. CP attendees, your team needs you!

you could argue that the crowd venting their frustration last season against Motherwell was the kick up the * they needed, as they sure as * got it together after that.

not that i'm advocating a * storm come saturday, but if the manager isn't able to give the team the awakening they clearly need then who does it?

I think you're entitled to boo the team if you want tbh. Myself along with many others, paid good money to watch that pish on sunday and I was livid. Although personally I think if you're going to boo, wait till the end of the game, because throughout the game you should be backing the team :50:

    agree 100% with you mate
if only every "Supporter" did :54: i know people have a right to boo and moan at the player as they have paid there money and i cant take that right away from them, but if you have paid your money, you have paid your money to support your team. and i know its not always great football but still its your team and youd like to see them succeed so booing and moaning wont help, but i believe a positive atmosphere will!!

    that's exactly the point pal.

I added this comment on another thread and it probably got lost

Experience tells us that praise and encouragement improves moral.

There is no point in going to Celtic park this Saturday and sitting there and waiting for a goal before we start to cheer.
We can't complain at the team performance when ours isn't any better.
If we really wanted to win the league this year then we have to show ourselves that we want it.
let the team know we are there for them. raise the roof because the alternative is cutting our nose off to spite the face.
the time has gone for complaining, we have to focus, we have to pick our team up and carry it over the finish line.

it's now or never if we want the league to be ours

here hoping everybody else give it a chance :50:
