Mcgeady and Samaras

McGeady is our best player by a country mile mate.

To me he seems affected by all the carry on earlier in the year.

Samaras looks low in confidence, Hutchinson deserves a chance.

 

What good does McGeady do for us? How come when he plays or comes on we look worse even though he gets more possession than any other player?

And please don't give me the excuse that he had two players marking him. What player doesn't in his position?

 

Mcgeady and Sammy are 2 of our best players we need to hang on to them

 

Our entire midfield were * mate, maybe Caldwell apart.

Mcgeady is just an easy scapegoat.

On top of his game, he's our best and most creative player.

To make statements like 'he should never pull on the hoops again' are just plain * stupid.

 

Samaras should be getting pelters.

McGeady is nowhere near as good as he thinks he is and he is learning that imo. He is the only winger who can get to a byline beat a man, and still not get a cross in. In the last 2 games he has came on and hid behind the opposition, you would usually see him darting into spaces to get the ball. I think he is not in the correct mindset and will leave in the Summer unless a few people leave, thats for another thread and is just a hunch though.

 

I thought scott brown was good today does anyone else think so. Also i can't believe like month ago we were 7 points clear and now were 1 behind what a joke

Hmmm... let's put it like this. If I were a professional footballer with no affiliation for Celtic, the fans might put me off signing for them.

If I were a professional footballer who had grown up watching Celtic, the fans would definitely put me off signing for them.

Strachan is fair game in my opinion, but this thread is pure, stupid, hyperbole. Ease up on the players... people wanted to lynch Gary Caldwell and Scott Brown last year and now they are our best players. Snap the * out of it.

 

If the level on points comment is a way of defending our overall position then your clutching at straws imo.

 

Samaras is a waste of space. . .Why wont he jump for the ball ?? He towered above Stephen craigan and never won a meaningful header all day. half the time he couldnt even be bothered going for it.

BTW. . .I thought hinkel was our best man today,.

 

mc geady shouldnt put on a shirt again ??? * * ends ... he dosent hardly play because wgs is a * end of !! dont start blaming players cause gs forgets how to put out a proper formation , bottom line is we have a squad of players to win the spl hands down if we had a proper manager not a stubborn * who plays defenders in midfield and leaves out a player who gets man of the match for his country 3 days before the hun game and plays a player in his place who had no old firm experience

yes samaras is useless he is scared to put challenge in he always jumps away from defender aswell rather than use his body as a shield. Also thing on mcgeady it is the same formation as last year it just when he plays i get the feeling he is trying to show how he can be in the middle of the park because he is always trying to burst through there or start there but he is better at hugging the touchline and beating players
